Throughout the ordering process and follow up inquiries, the Duvome team has demonstrated excellent customer service through personalized email communication to meet my individual needs. From a online consumer perspective, Duvome has gone above and beyond to ensure a positive and rewarding experience.

Made in China

They advertise on their website that the product is made in Helsinki, Finland. I received a product sent from a person in Jamaica, NY and the product was made in China. The device didn't look anything like what was advertised. I emailed them and asked for the correct product or a refund. They didn't respond; they just refunded my purchase. Very strange.

The device works great

The device works great. I use it everyday and my elbow definitely feels better afterward. I've been using it for a couple weeks. It takes a little while to charge fully, but I get many uses on a charge. The blinking red charge light does eventually turn solid green. I would buy it again and they have a human that answers customer support, so that's a win as well.

Customer service has been great.

Customer service has been great.
Original shipment was delayed and first product worked but failed. I was sent a new product immediately no questions asked.
Use it twice a day with stretches and elbow is improving.
