Please be realistic

I think some people are expecting one of these collars to work like an actual brick wall. That is not what it is. You still have to train your dog to understand the boundary. We have a stubborn lab and the first couple of days he definitely tested it. By the end of the first week he was already turning around at the warning. Every dog is different, especially if you have one with a strong prey drive. I’m giving four stars until we have used it longer, but so far I do see progress and he is getting much better about respecting the line. For the price I recommend it.

I am the type of person who researches everything and normally I would never buy a dog product straight from an ad. I looked into halo, spoton, underground fences and probably watched more videos than I needed to. My biggest questions were GPS accuracy, whether I needed cell service, how the correction worked and whether I was going to get stuck paying another subscription every month. The unit itself actually feels much more solid than I expected and I like having a real remote instead of needing my phone for everything. Too early for me to give a final verdict on long-term durability, but I am impressed with the system itself and how straightforward it has been so far. Would recommend.

Starting to understand it

We have only been training with it for a few days and I would not say she is 100% yet, but I can already see her starting to understand where she is supposed to stop. She used to hit the end of the yard at full speed. Now she slows down when she gets near the line. Going to keep working with her because I know this type of thing takes training.

Seeing a difference

Second training session and he is already starting to stop at the boundary!! I genuinely thought this was going to take weeks.

Came really fast

Arrived within days and everything was packed nicely. I thought the setup was going to be complicated because of the GPS but it really wasn’t. Great product so far.

Amazing

The difference in my dog outside is unbelievable. He used to make a run for the road the second he saw something move. Now he hears the warning and turns himself around.

So far so good

Only used it once so we are still training him on where the line is, but setting the boundary was much easier than I expected. So far so good.
