e-bikeshop were fantastic from start to finish. From the online website, chat, purchase, after sales advice and information - they couldn't have done any more. I can't fault the service. This from the company who also came up with the most competitive strike and had the stock. AAAAA+++++.

Made an appointment for my first free service and took the opportunity to ask for the Bosch tracker to be fitted at the same time. Met Steve the service engineer who was great, showed me how to better use the gears and power of the bike which really made a difference to my riding. Service was first class and these guys commitment to their customers is very good. Would thoroughly recommend the e-bike shop for getting your new bike.

This is a different sort of bike buying experience. They only deal with electric bikes so their knowledge is great. We first discussed our needs for bikes via a call and were recommended two bikes. Note the bikes that were recommended to us were definitely not the most expensive but just the best fit for our requirements. Next we visited the showroom where you need to book a slot. This means you get their undivided attention and service levels like buying a new car. The bikes we purchased are excellent and I can highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase an electric bike.

The reply below shows the quality of the bike shop, the part I ordered and subsequently returned was a crank spider yet the person writing the response keeps talking about a chainring, they should really know that BCD, width, offset, tooth count only relate to a chainring which is not the faulty part I contacted them about and subsequently returned because they supplied it incorrectly, it’s quite embarrassing! Just for reference Bosch do make the required part and the Bosch part number is 1270.016.472-VE0 even though you state they do not make the component.

The fact that a company has to write such a long response just to justify their actions should tell you all you need to know about them! The constant emails and telephone calls I’ve received from this company trying to bully me into changing this review is comical and I can understand how some people could feel intimidated my them.

My best advice is to not just read my review read the other 1 or 2 star reviews as there is a common theme that appears through them all, there are lots of higher starred reviews but let’s be honest it’s easy to sell a bike, after sales is a bit more difficult which is the area this company clearly falls down on.

After my sorry experience with this bike shop I ordered the same part from another bike shop, within 24hrs it was ordered, delivered and fitted without fuss.

I’ve had my Orbea Vibe for nearly 2 years now, and I am now about to purchase a range extender battery..
I raised a firmware query regarding the range extender with the e-bike shop sales, who passed me on to the technical support team, whom immediately answered my queries, satisfying any concerns raised. Great service and a great bike. Very pleased with both..

From initial conversation, to viewing and test ride,everything was smooth and well organized.
Sales team were very knowledgeable and helpful with sizing. Had test ride to check size.
Time from ordering to picking up the bikes was shorter than expected. Adjustment to fit when picking up, and advice on riding modes and general riding tips were a great help. Have had contact since buying for some technical questions. Again very helpful answering all questions.

Exceptional from end to end.
Choosing the provider - E-BikeShop was an easy choice. My employer used Halfords for their bike2work scheme and the options for the main providers were really limited in choices of bike and the companies who accept these vouchers were limited too. Ebikeshop accepted my vouchers and their range was far better than others. Most companies accepting bike scheme vouchers charge up to 15% but ebikeshop don’t. That saved me £450 alone.
Finding the right bike and ordering - I used the size guide to make sure I ordered the right frame. I also used their Webchat to find out more about the bike and the process. They were so helpful, came back really quickly and I was dealing with the same people. The whole process was so easy for me.
The bike itself - fantastic. Top quality, delivered really fast and a joy to ride. It came pre-built with me just needing to make some adjustments to the handlebars and saddle to suit me. They also provide a decent set of free pedals which most don’t - another saving!
All in all, I couldn’t recommend them more. Thank you so much
