Eacarsales レビュー

Probably a respected and reputable company but I had the unfortunate experience of being lied to and deceived by their bully boy dealer who was openly against any negotiating and was totally abusive using expletives and profanitys over the phone which visibly shocked my young Granddaughter who was nearby the loudspeaker call.

Having bought a car from E A Carsales, Romsey, Hampshire, there have been numerous problems, some being expensive and time consuming to resolve. My initial emails on the matter were not responded to until a letter was sent to them by recorded delivery. At this point they attempted to deny liability by referring to the sales contract.
In the event that they address the issues and concerns, the review will be updated to reflect their response, which is the measure of a company in such situations.
