AVOID - scam!!!

The diesel fuel card has now been discontinued due to wider changes in fuel pricing across the industry, which have significantly impacted the sustainability of the previous discount structure.

As part of this change, any remaining balance is transferred to your Each Person Shop balance in line with the terms of the scheme, rather than being refunded directly. We appreciate this may not be the outcome you were expecting, and we do understand your concerns.

Practically stolen my money.

Been with Each Person for over 2 years. It was great! But now they are discontinuing the service and I have surplus money on my account which was there to be used throughout the summer.
I have been told I can only now have my money back in the form of a voucher for a retailer. I have £500 surplus in my account which is for fuel!
This is my money!
Now I can only get it back in vouchers for places that I wouldn't use my money. This is an absolute scam and I want my money back in GBP to spend on fuel, not a retailer.

This has impacted me massively in the current climate of fuel prices and I feel like I now have 5 full tanks of fuel completely wasted.

We completely understand why this feels frustrating, especially with fuel costs being what they are right now.

The diesel card has been discontinued due to changes in fuel pricing across the industry. Costs have increased significantly, which meant the discounts we previously offered were no longer sustainable.

As part of this, any remaining balance is moved to your Each Person Shop balance rather than refunded. We know this isn’t what you were expecting, particularly with a larger balance, and we do understand your concerns.

Great card and great customer service

Have been using the Diesel card for over a year and managed to save a bit of money over this period of time. Would highly recommend getting each person Diesel card if filling in regular Diesel. Customer service was great everytime I had an interaction with them. The only thing I would say is the app could be more user friendly but other than that had no issues. Would be great if Each Person can introduce a card for petrol as well.

£50 Amazon voucher/paid never received

Edit: EachPerson team got back to me promptly and helped me get my voucher.

Original: I have used Each person for few years and have redeemed our work points to vouchers. On 08/08/2025, I bought £50 voucher with my points. Still waiting for the actual voucher.
I have emailed on their support@ email but No Reply.
Called
0118 230 5531 between (9am to 5pm) goes to voice mail straight. Used their contact us page filled all the boxes to contact.
Can someone please get back to me?
