Nous regrettons que vous ayez laissé cet avis alors que votre colis est disponible à retirer au point relais La Poste Marseille Conciergerie. Il a été déposé là-bas parce que personne n'était à la maison lors de la livraison. Nous vous avons déjà informé de cela par e-mail, y compris un lien pour suivre l'état de votre envoi.

Ci dispiace molto per l'inconveniente che ha riscontrato con il suo ordine. Abbiamo seguito la sua spedizione e condotto un'indagine con PostNL e Poste Italiane. Purtroppo, il pacco risulta smarrito. Abbiamo immediatamente rimborsato l'importo pagato.

Inoltre, le abbiamo offerto l'opzione di inviare nuovi prodotti in omaggio, ma comprendiamo che questa soluzione non sia stata accettata.
