you need to streamline delivery if you have to delivery from outside north america.even after paing shipping it took me two weeks to recieve it.

There is nothing we can do to improve or "streamline" the delivery better. We already use the express couriers.
The reason for the delay was local Tax/Vat which you paid after a long time, that's about it.
We take great deal of our reputation and we're sorry for the inconvenience regardless.
Maybe after you use our burs you'll change your mind.
