I guess I should know better, but these Dental burs on Facebook looked good and seemed to come from Australia. I later found they were coming from Israel. @ and a half month later I have not received... もっず芋る

These are fantastic burs, which make IPR substantially easier, more predictable
.. and much, much quicker. Ordering is easy on the website, and delivery is prompt - really can’t fault the service!

The burs are awesome, ordering is great, but we did not receive a paid invoice for accounting. There is no phone number that I could find to reach out to someone about this. I did place a ticket, but... もっず芋る

Love their bur sets for IPR. It’s my second time coming back. They did mail to wrong shipping address but guess it was by mistake which they were prompt to acknowledge. Appreciate good response from... もっず芋る

We have contacted the buyer several times and after an examination of the case it was found out the the RIGHT burs were sent. Unfortunately, the client refuses to change the review.

Poor manufacturing

Diamond chips off the tip of the thin IPR bur from the first use.
Delivery took a very long time, and Eagle dental used DHL, which are known for incurring upon us high import charges. We order from international sites all the time, this is the only time we had to pay so much for a bunch of burs that did not last past the first use!
Not happy at all.

Customer service??

Have not yet tried the burs
but very disappointed with the shipping time. I was not given an update. After a few weeks I had to reach out to check on the shipping status. I was then told my order was delayed. Questionable customer service.
