To clarify, your order was placed on March 23 and shipped within 24 hours on March 24, in line with our stated handling time. Our estimated delivery time is 10–15 days, as mentioned in the order confirmation.

When you contacted us on March 30, we immediately provided the tracking details and confirmed that your package had already reached the local carrier and is on the way for final delivery.

As an international shipment, delivery times can be longer than domestic services like Amazon, but we always do our best to keep the process transparent and updated.

Your package should be arriving very soon, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding.

We take the use of the word “scam” very seriously and would like to clarify this situation for readers.

The order was fulfilled exactly as purchased. The customer ordered the GE-J79 Engine Model from our official product page:

This product is not a static display model. It is an electric-powered, operational engine model with LED lighting, and it is factory pre-assembled by design, as clearly stated on the product page. This specification corresponds to the price paid. No incorrect item was sent, and no substitution took place.

Regarding communication, we responded to the customer’s initial inquiry on February 1, 2026, and sent a second follow-up reply on February 5, 2026. It is possible that our messages were filtered into the customer’s spam or junk mail folder.

We respectfully reject any claim of fraud. We remain open to direct communication and are happy to assist with any questions regarding product operation so this misunderstanding can be resolved calmly and transparently.

We're really sorry to hear that your experience wasn’t as smooth as we hoped.

Your order was shipped out promptly on Monday after being placed over the weekend. Unfortunately, there was a 2-day delay during the transfer to the airport by the logistics company, and the first delivery attempt didn’t go through — both added to the overall wait. While the total time was 12 days, we followed up closely and did our best to help along the way.

As for the packaging, we sincerely apologize. We didn’t add extra protection around the metal can, and the dent likely happened during transit. We’ll be more careful with this in the future.
