I know I just received all my projects through the mail BUT I'm so excited and I just wanted to share it with somebody!!!!. It's killing me to not be able to start quite yet - I need to clear a table dedicated to assembly first! Good luck to us all. Next post from me will be pics of the completed projects! Bye for now!!

Excellent product and great service.

Purchased the Scavenger model - which was out of stock at the time, but was delivered promptly when it became available again.

Assembly was tricky to begin with, but became easily once you got the knack of it. Instructions manual is pretty easy to follow.

Unfortunately, there were a pack pieces missing from the box - I contacted Mecrob and received a quick response and the missing pieces were shipped in 10 days free of charge.

Would order from Mecrob again.

I received the aetherwings model promptly and should be getting the aethercore after restocking in a few weeks. I was 2/3 of the way through an enjoyable aetherwings build when I ran into an issue. I've sent three emails to the support mailbox and two messages via their online form and still have not heard back from them in over two days. I thought I would be building more models from Mecrob in the future, but at this point I don't know...

I got the aetherwings for Christmas which was a really fun build experience
I brought myself the scavenger model which again was a really fun build experience
I plan next on getting the aethercore

I hope they add more to the Dune series as I will probably purchase each one eventually if the builds continue being this fun

Ordered the story gears and apothecore, cost me almost 600 dollars, today I got a pack of Christmas stickers and an email saying your order has been delivered. What a rip off. I paid almost 600 dollars for a pack of Christmas stickers? I dont think so. Called my bank to report.

The quality of the product seems really good! I ordered after seeing a lot of very good comments on Reddit, and I am not disappointed.

At first I was a little worried because I received the wrong item. I ordered the Deep Sea Anglerfish and received the Steam Ornithopter. I saw that someone had the same experience and gave up on asking for the right item. But I reached out to the customer service and they were really nice and helpful.

We exchanged a few mails and, since they are waiting for a new batch of stock, I will receive the item I ordered only in one mounth. But they gave me a free item to apologize for the inconvenience, and I am really greatful for that.

I will update you when I receive the Deep Sea Anglerfish! It is a very good experience so far - mistakes can happen :)

Edit: I just received the Deep Sea Anglerfish! We had a lot of fun building the Steam Onithopter. It is an amazing set because there is an engine moving the wings and other parts. The Deep Sea Anglerfish seems more repetitive but of very good quality!

I have made a purchase 19 Nov. Money have left my account.
I have tried to reach out on email to them, but I have heard nothing back from them.

Starting to consider if this is a scam and I need to report this to my bank and the police.

Update:
I have now heard back from Mecrob via email, but Im getting sent in circles. 1/3 of the package has been received but nothing else seems to be on its way. Order is now nearly 1 month old and all my items are still not sent.

I'm lost for words.

Very fun to build, good explanatory diagrams, well-machined parts, but some errors from one diagram to another, assembly not very stable and not functional

We were unable to inspect and inventory the 300+ pieces within the required 3 days of arrival. We offered to purchase missing pieces later upon our discovery, but to Mecrob's credit, the missing pieces were shipped at no cost. They come from China, so it takes about a week.

We are fairly new to Mecrob remake but have thoroughly enjoyed the 3 kits we've built so far: Pathfinder, Scavenger and almost finished with Minerva's Mercy.

Every model that I builded challenge me.
Which my last two models (Aethercore and Atherwings ) I got a second place in The application Discord ( help me a lot troubleshooting). I’m ready to order my 7th model.
This modes have great quality pieces. At the end you have a beautiful sculpture. I which that I can built more interesting model from Mecrob.

Outstanding customer service from the team. My order was a bit squashed on delivery and the refund/replacement process was quick and honest.
The products are next level. Very happy customer and am happy to keep coming back.

So I've been following this company for a while now and I love their product concept but never have purchased it. Recently decided to finally purchase from them and everything has just amazing! I got the pathfinder and I truly believe the quality of the product is amazing and very easy to comprehend. As an ADD person this has me occupied for HOURS laser focused. And I will say there one part in the instructions that had me confused so I emailed their support team and these guys replied to me within the HOUR!!! I was already to pack up my project and wait their response but they cleared it all up! So honestly I'm glad i fi ally purchase from this company and will definitely be ordering more!

It is my opinion, that among various companies that offer these type of unique - self assemble models, this one stands out quite a bit. Very easy ordering and shipping process -even to Eastern Europe! I look forward to assembling my piece.
