Easigrass Essex has just completed an artificial grass installation to my front and back gardens. Everything from start to finish was an excellent service. Cassie and Diane at the office responded very promptly and politely to my initial enquiry, and subsequent query. Cassie quickly arranged for David to provide the no obligation survey and quote, that I'd requested. He explained the whole process to me and provided grass samples and quotes on the spot. David was very polite, friendly and professional. I received the written quotations the same day, and my installation was arranged by Cassie for just 10 days later.
Herbie and his team arrived promptly each day, and were also very polite, friendly and professional. All of them worked extremely hard throughout the day, and always left everything clean and tidy before leaving. There was a complete wash down of the gardens and surrounding areas on the final day. The finished results has given me immaculate looking grass, totally transforming the mudbath that I presented to David initially. My neighbours have commented on how careful and tidy the team were, and my young dog is also very happy with his new garden!
I can't recommend Easigrass Essex enough, so it's a 10/10 from me but there's only 5 stars available!

Wow, what an amazing transformation of our back garden . The experience from start to finish was first rate. The attention from the whole team was amazing, the service we have received from the laying team is second to none. The quality of the turf is so much better than the original sample. I would highly recommend this company

Update on our issues with Easigrass…
We have been attempting to raise an issue with our grass for 6 months now. An excerpt below is from an email I sent to them regarding an issue with "burns" that have appeared on out grass:

"However as you can see from the above evidence, we have nothing that can cause straight lines at an equal distance, in a shaded area, to become “burnt”. Surely if this was the case then the our neighbours garden would have sustained more damage, as it has the sun all day! Why would our shady garden produce a greater number of lines than a garden in full sun?

I tried to explain that it seems the lines are all at the edge of the section, in some cases where two sections have been placed next to each other, maybe the roll had some fault at one end that, over time has developed through being exposed to the elements, however I was rudely dismissed and talked over.

Your attitude from when you arrived, we both felt, was not one of being helpful, rather defensive and arrogant. We were made to feel that we were in the wrong from the beginning and that you were going to prove it, with you often shouting over me as I tried to answer your questions.(The neighbours a few doors away, asked me what was going on as they could hear you quite clearly.) You were not prepared to listen, reason, or even consider that the product itself may have been be faulty. All you kept telling me, quite forcibly at times, was the fact that “in 17 years you haven’t had any complaints about the product, it is definitely not the product, it is a burn!.”

I feel that you have done your company a disfavour in acting this way, not even really being reasonable, as your email shows. All you seem to care about, I feel, is that I need to go away and stop annoying you. We can all take guesses at what may have happened, and I appreciate that we can argue the case long into the night, however good customer relationships and future business depend on being polite and reasonable, respecting other’s views and having the courtesy to listen. This I felt was seriously lacking that day, from the beginning when you talked over my husband at the front door, and the email sadly just confirms this. You have not mentioned our conversation at the end at all, rather just dismissed it as if it never happened.

I am more than happy to have you take a further look in my garden and welcome comments, however now I feel that you will just “state” that I have removed further items that may be linked to the issue, indicating that I am lying to you.

May I confirm that Easigrass Sussex have been very supportive in this, and that I have no issues with their workmanship in laying the grass. Sadly, the after care and respect for their customers, from the main company that supplied it is, quite frankly, disappointing"

Gentlemen,

Once again another day has gone by and we still have not received the promised report, now just silence. Please explain your actions, why you do not have the decency to at least answer or even acknowledge the emails. You stated in writing that we would receive your answer last week ("31st January and not before"), that there would be a solution to the issue you have been avoiding for 6 months, yet, once again, you have failed.

With regards to the report, please tell us where it is and why it has been "delayed"? We will be placing a daily review on Trustpilot and all other review sites for Easigrass as we feel we have been treated very badly. You claim to be experts in your field, however if anyone dares to raise a complaint, then they are pushed aside, badly treated and basically ignored. We presume that the report shows we are correct, the fault is a manufacturer's one and not a burn.... this is why we are being ignored? Is this now your companies policy with any issues raised. Have you now been told to ignore us as well and be "obstructive"?

Before taking further advice as to what our next steps should be, we require the report. Either this can be sent to us, as promised. We also would like to know what your next steps are, what you intend to do, as promised by your emails, (all carefully kept on our system in case required at a later date).

We feel we have been treated in a very disrespectful manner, both ourselves and our neighbour. We like many, believed Easigrass to be a reputable company. We are now having second thoughts. Perhaps the reviewer that left his recent review was right "This is a terrible company."

Please have the decency and good manners to at least respond.

Amazing service and brilliant results. Sales team kept me informed every step of the way. No more mowing or pets walking mud into the house in winter. I feel like we have gained another room to our house. I highly recommend Easigrass.

Recently had our lawn replaced with Easipet Grass. Easigrass' communication regarding quotes abandoned installation was great. Their installers arrived on time and we're very professional and efficient. Very pleased with the results and highly recommend.

The folks at Easygrass were brilliant- really helpful with choosing the right product, then they booked in a time to fit the grass at a really convenient time. The chaps that came to lay it were bang on time, super friendly, cleaned up really well after themselves and most importantly it looks amazing - I can’t stop staring at my new lawn!

The lads turned up in the freezing cold, were polite, clean and tidy. We don’t have a side gate so everything went through the house. Minimal impact to the rest of the garden. Very happy. Great product.

What a team, the 3 workmen that installed my grass where amazing my soil is mainly clay and with the weather it made it impossible to use the turf remover so they dug it out by hand without complaint, they where hard working,polite, clean and tidy let's just say I can't recommend enough

The "team of 3 workmen" turned up on time and done the job much quicker than quoted. They were very organised, tidy and polite.
They are a credit to Easigrass and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

Ben & his team from Hampshire were superb. A quick quote, job started within a month, done inside a week, excellent results. Very respectful to minimise any disruption to my neighbours. It was a big investment for 144 sqm but well worth it & brings our garden back into use 24/7/365 for sports & garden play! It looks smart & realistic. Would throughly recommend the investment.

I rarely review, but from the very first contact to installation, an excellent service. Mason and his team went out of there way to make sure we were happy and did a great job.

Fantastic service! On the day of installation the team were clean, quick and lovely. No mess to clean up and the lawn looks amazing. Perfect for the dog!
