Great chat and great knowledge. Delivery service is always perfect and Matt always knows the answers I’m after. Can’t fault the place! The fish and corals are always beautiful and well cared for.

It’s always great dealing with the Eastern Marine Team. Every time I have bought coral from them I get a little surprise hitch hiker or two that’s beneficial to my marine tank.

Excellent in person service

Excellent in person service. Both gents sheered their knowledge and made suggestions based on personal experience and expertise. This is how small business grow, with impeccable customer service. We fully intend to shop at Eastern Marine again in the future

Easy as sign up

Easy as sign up, shopping and check out, loved it. Order on my doorstep in 3 days, very well packaged.

Great advise and support

Taking the time to talk to me and help me work out what was going wrong with my tank was awesome.
when you are still learning getting the right advise really gives you hope and encourages you to not give up

Prompt delivery, livestock alive. I would say they are a bit stingy with thermal packs.

Hey Richard, thanks heaps for your orders and review. As airfreight only has a 2-3 hour transit time, we don't use the normal number of heat packs during summer as the ambient temperature is often more than adequate of keeping the animals in a acceptable temperature range. For days very warm, we sometimes do not ship with any heat packs, as we do not want to overhead the animals. This is industry standard when shipping tropical aquatic animals.
