Beställningen var lätt att genomföra och tältet som vi beställde levererades snabbt. En av linorna till tälten var tyvärr något defekt och det saknades myggnät till innertältet, något som vi trodde var en självklarhet. Det borde skrivas ut tydligare i informationen. Överlag är vi dock nöjda med köpet.

Nice tent (Moonlight yurt), very spacious... having been up in the back garden for 2 weeks (first time having put it up) i noticed what had looked like a blown in window (PVC) after sending world of camping an email, they replied that Easy camp said the warranty was invalid as the tent had been up for a period of 2 weeks which it was not designed for! so if you want a tent that is not designed for going on holiday in, please avoid easy camp.

Purchased an easy camp drive away awning for my camper van - model Fairfield’s. After 2 years and 3 short outings, 2 of the 26 poles split. I contacted Easy Camp and asked if I could purchase 2 replacement poles. They said yes, at a cost of £38.00 each plus £15.00 shipping for a total of £91.00. The original cost of the awning was a little over £200.00. Also the poles they said they were going to provide were the wrong size and their customer support didn’t have a clue what they were doing. So avoid, product is poor and no spares or support available at a reasonable cost.

Purchased a wimberly awning in may from Newquay campers.
The front door zip came apart on day one.
We are now on our second outing as we avoided school holidays. The material has ripped by a seam on the roof,the sewing has come away elsewhere.
Newquay campers asked us to send photos of the zip after a fortnight of writing to them, then phoning to be told our emails had gone into their junk box.
By that time they had no replacement to send!

Purchased a VW T5 Campervan tailgate utility tent. I live in the UK, from order to delivery from Denmark was 5 days. Excellent service and a quality product. The communication and updates from Easy Camp was excellent. Highly recommend this company, so much so, I’ve ordered more gear from them.

Sturdy product. But heavy to carry around. A strap to hold the frame in a new design would be ideal. Saying the negative, the comfort is amazing.

Prima tent met veel ruimte voor ons gezin van 4 personen. Vooral ruim middendeel, wat voor ons een absolute must was deze regenachtige zomer. Goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding.
