Easy flowers are always a pleasure to deal with. I use them all the time to deliver flowers, especially to my near dearest interstate. The flowers are always beautiful. Highly recommend.

Received flowers on Thursday mid morning dead flowers by Saturday, I was a florist so I understand flowers care and shelf life and 2 days is definitely not good. Pity I can’t upload photos

Disappointed Experience for a Milestone Celebration

I trusted EasyFlowers.com.au to help me celebrate my best friend's 60th birthday — a friendship that spans over five decades. Being in NSW while she’s in WA, I relied on this service to deliver a meaningful gift: a flower arrangement, a bottle of sparkling wine, a card, and delivery — totalling $153.95.

While the flowers (substituted from the original selection) were delivered, I had to follow up just to be notified of the delivery. More upsetting was discovering days later that the wine — a key part of the celebration — was never delivered. I had to chase this up myself, and to my surprise, they had refunded the delivery fee instead of the wine, which cost more. I had to bring this to their attention before they corrected it.

The only resolution offered was a refund for the wine and a $20 voucher. I explained that the issue wasn’t just about money — it was about the emotional impact of a gift not arriving as intended. My friend didn’t get the full experience I had carefully chosen for her milestone birthday. EasyFlowers advised they couldn’t rectify the order or send the wine separately, which left me deeply disappointed.

This wasn’t the joyful surprise I had hoped to create. I would have preferred they honour the original order and make it right. Sadly, the service fell short when it mattered most.

They were reliable and also they made sure the flowers were fresh and beautiful. I sent flowers to my mum to give her strength to deal with the recent challenges. Easy flowers were so helpful and made it happen.

Living in the UK I need to be able ordeal with a reliable and dependable company when sending flowers to family in Australia, Easy flowers go above and beyond with the service they provide and any problem are quickly and easily solved. The flowers are always beautiful and well presented, honestly I would not want to deal with anyone else.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. The reasons being are as follows:

1. I have ordered from this company twice now, after the first incompetent experience I had with this easy flowers/outback flowers I received a $50 voucher for their wrong doings.
2. The delivery was not made on my specified delivery date, in both instances. The flowers were delivered more than 48 hours late with no explanation. These flowers have been ordered for special events, which were over by the time they were received.
3. Squished flowers. Need I say more? Probably… How can you expect a bunch of flowers in a box not to be squished up and petals ruined by the time it gets to the recipient, which leads me on to my next point…
4. Flowers are supposed to be kept moist to prevent dying while travelling. Both times I have received flowers from this company, the measly piece of paper towel that is supposed to act as a water source was as dry as a mouthful of cinnamon.
5. The flowers purchased were supposed to come with flower food each time to hydrate and bring back to life your dead flowers once received, but this wasn’t included with either order… so there really was no hope.

As proven in my points above, this company is a liar and cannot be trusted.

I had a fantastic experience with EASYFLOWERS! The website was so easy to use, making the ordering process quick and straightforward. The delivery was right on time, exactly as promised, which was a huge plus.

The flowers were absolutely beautiful—just as described and exactly like the pictures on the website. The quality and care put into the arrangement were evident.

I found using Easyflowers just that, easy. I found the flowers I wanted to send, the process was easy to use, and the flowers were delivered the next day. I was also told via an email that the flowers had been delivered which I appreciated.

Firstly they could not be delivered the day I asked. Ok. I wanted the “go large” Connie flowers.
My sister received a very sad small bunch. Disgusting. 🤢 I was refunded $3 as I’d paid for quick delivery which I did not get. Won’t use these again. Don’t use these ever
