My experience with easyMed has been EXCEPTIONAL.
The representative Alex White, listened to my needs and provided the best information available to meet those needs . I receive numerous calls daily regarding Medicare updates that I respond "not interested" because I am confident that I have the BEST .

Donna asked how I was before starting the call. And I says confused and frustrated. And she responded accordingly -- carefully, slowly, and clearly walking me through the process.
She explained why and how the process worked very well.
So thankful to have an informed advocate wake me through.

Ebone Jackson.... she was honest and sincere... took time to read to me all of the details...She showed me how I could get more care for the money I am spending... I only have Social Security for income... it is not easy to live on this small amount of $.

My personal assistant was very helpful, explained everything very well and answered all my questions.
