I had the pleasure of talking to Emily when booking my viewing with easyProperty, she was very professional and friendly, she made me feel very comfortable and was accommodating to my requirements.

Great service, I highly recommend.

EasyProperty did an excellent job in selling my property. From the advert going live the house was sold within 10 days. Phil Roberts and his team were very attentive and answered any questions I had quickly and promptly. I have no hesitation in recommending easyProperty.

The team at easyproperty were very good when selling my property especially Abigail Lane who kept me fully informed of all viewing requests and any follow-up remarks.

Very good customer service and friendly staff helped us with viewing perfect properties for our budget and needs.

Easy Property have been exceedingly helpful throughout our house sales process. Although an online agent, they have been more hands-on than I expected and have always been available on the phone. The online system is a bit clunky, but you can always call the office and get help. Abigail Lane has been very helpful and is always a cheerful voice at the other end of the line.

Very helpful and knowledgeable. Emily, Abigail, and Philip were all great in assisting me. Would definitely recommend!

I called easyProperty to book a viewing, and was dealt with by Emily. She was friendly, professional and answered all my questions. Because of my husband's job, we have very little availability for house hunting but Emily was really accomodating. Great service.

Valuation -
I dealt initially with Scott Wilson, he turned up on time was polite, and gave a fair valuation.

Listing -
Generally pleased with the listing Scott provided, pictures were good, (I did use some of my own which I had taken on a sunny day of the outside of the property). Description wasn’t quite to my taste, but I got plenty of interest so… There was no problem updating things if I didn’t like them.

Viewings -
Scott did an initial viewing with me and then did the open house viewings. I did any later viewings myself as I felt more confident of what was required. It was a very good service from Scott.

Negotiating a sale -
When the offers came in I dealt with Phillip Roberts. He was able to advise on which offer would be best to accept and carried out all the checks needed on the buyer.

Proceeding with the sale to completion -
We completed in about 5 weeks which in my opinion is pretty good going. Again dealt with Phillip Roberts, he was on point all the way through, chasing up the buyer and the buyers solicitors as requested. I tend to chase for updates every few days and Phillip was always quick to chase the other side and provide me feedback. The service he provided was very very good and probably the main reason why I would use easyproperty again.

Online portal -
Did the job, not perfect but pretty good, I work in this field so I am pretty picky.

Price -
For the money, you can’t complain at all, it was a lot better than I expected to be honest.

To summarise, I would definitely recommend and use again.

We were quoted over £7k to sell our house by a High Street estate agent. EasyProperty sold it for around £900. Philip was excellent and kept an eye on the chain all through. Would recommend and will be using again.

Sold my house recently through easyProperty. Initially was sceptical about online agents but have to say they were really good. We were looked after by a chap called Phil (senior property consultant) who was just brilliant. Great customer service.

I recently phoned up enquiring about potentially having an agent view my property to valuation. I spoke to the most helpful and knowledgeable employee called Emily who advised me how to go about this and gave me as much help and detail as I could possibly want.
Would definitely recommend using this company, and to ask for Emily when you do!

1. Not user-friendly website.
2. Not easy to navigate.
3. Poor customer service.
4. Although I have made payments to register the ad, several days for over a week, the ad was still offline.
5. No option to renew the ad.
6. No email to notify that the ad is expiring.

We put our property up for sale a few days ago. Our property agent Urfan has been so helpful and took the time out to explain each step to us. This gave us confidence in using easyProperty to help sell our home. Highly recommend this company.
