Great customer service. Victoria was super helpful in resolving our issue.

It was a problem I'd had with a fry pan. The problem was resolved easily, sent off my reciept and pictures, quick delivery back to me. Absolutely fabulous customer service

One saucepan was damaged upon delivery. Got in touch with customer services who immediately sent a replacement. Great customer service

Our two pans started having black dots coming off into the cooking (after 8 years). I emailed the company for advice as to whether I should discard the pan and they actually sent me a new pan. Such a fantastic way to conduct business. Many thanks

Considerate communication and response to my concerns

I brought a full set and within 2 years they all started being non stick (within a year) and peaking within two years! And customer service blame it on dishwasher detergents! Don’t bother buying for the price they don’t last! And customer service only help you after a few weeks!!

Works exactly as advertised. simple to clead even after roasting meat.

We had a problem with the saucepans we purchased and we phoned customer services and they very quickly after a few photos were sent sorted the problem.

Replacement pans supplied under lifetime warranty.
All OK, no issues once photos sent!
The original pans warped but other originals have been fine so don't understand why - maybe they had a fault in manufacture during covid.

Delivery was pretty quick and fuss free.
The pan seems great, it's quick to heat up, and easy to wash up, which I really appreciate. The only criticisms I have are that the lid is a really bad fit. I mean really, if you're making anything that wants a decent seal to keep steam in, this is not the pan you want to use for that. I really hope they fix the lid issue, I think I would have given it 5* if it had been a good fit.
The pan is also quite light, which is good, except when it's sliding around your smooth topped hob. I'm not really sure what to do about that when I'm using both hands to mix something in it.
So far I'm happy with my choice in these pans, I like the handle style as I want to be able to put pans in the oven, and a lot of other options had long handles. I also like that the pans have a large base, and fairly deep sides. Having trawled through a fair few sites to find what I needed, I think I would choose these again.

Excellent service very happy with how warranty issues was dealt with.

Very impressed with timely response - not sure what I was expecting but after a few messages, photos and details supplied a replacement was swiftly organised and item was dispatched. No lid though......I did not realise that I could have registered the original item for guarantee - am not sure if the new item can be guaranteed as I obviously have no receipt. I was upset that the original item did not seem as robust as promised. Hopefully the new one will be better. Thank you very much!
