The sweaters I purchased are great quality. I only gave 4 stars as I wish it was in Canada so I didn’t have to pay the exchange. I would order from here again.

ebaney is dishonet, no they actially are liars! ordered 3-sweaters 12-20-22. They claim order shipped 12-27-22. usps tracking they gave me three times still shows nothing shipped at 1-17-23. They take days to respond & lie about order shipped. worst online experience ever!!

I ordered something they claimed was made in South Carolina on 12/7 as a Christmas gift. It came in mid-January, from Asia. I will never buy anything from this store again. Customer service sucked, as did their shipping

This company is a scam. The clothes were 2 weeks late, came after Christmas, and the quality is nothing like that shown on the website. I bought the clothes for my girlfriend and after seeing the quality, I didn't even want to give the clothes to her. There is supposed to be a 30-day return policy, and there is supposed to be a return form in the packaging. Upon trying to request return information, I received an email saying please keep the clothes along with a credit of $30. Yes $30 for over $200 worth of clothes. Clearly they know they are selling crap and they don't even want it back. That's why they don't include the return information in the packaging.

My wife is so happy with the clothing that I purchased through this site. My only complaint would be that it took six weeks to be delivered. I would hesitate to deal with this company again only due to that reason. The closing was a huge huge success with my wife.

Quick shipping, nice product.

Your company is scam. The items are shipped from overseas. They take months. They are not even what was ordered. I ordered a shirt and got a frumpy dress with some of the same material. The hems don't even match up. I suspect these are made in a sweat shop or worse by child labor. BEWARE.

Never received items. Ordered on December 5th. Shipped not long after. Tracking info cannot be located, only a label has been created. Contacted Ebaney multiple times and all they say is to keep waiting and refuse to refund. This is a scam company. Do not order from them. Stay far away.

I ordered my wife's Christmas gifts through them on 12/8. The USPS tracking number shows it in Linden, NJ since 12/9. I have emailed them 4 times, each time getting a generic response that seems auto generated. They told me on 1/3/23 that the package is at my local post office with some dates and generic locations like delivered to local post office...total BS. Tracking number still shows Linden, NJ as the location. I asked to speak to a manager via email twice, neither time did the email address my request or concerns...stay clear away from this company...first class scam artists. This has been an embarrassing experience and a huge disappointment.

I ordered two articles on clothing for Wife on 12-1-22 and they were supposedly shipped on 12-8-22. Well it is 1-2-23 and I have yet to receive the items. I have reached out to customer support 2 twice they have still asking me to wait patiently. This place is scamsters and I wouldn’t order anything from them.

Never received items. Company delayed me then ghosted me. Calling a lawyer to get my money back. Filed with the FTC. DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM.
