I placed an order with eBike24 in early April (april 3) for delivery to Belgium.

The parcel was handed over to DHL and processed in Germany, but since April 8th (last scan in Dorsten), there has been no tracking update at all. The shipment appears to be stuck in transit with no visibility for several days.

What is even more concerning is the complete lack of response from customer support. I have contacted eBike24 multiple times and received no reply whatsoever. For a professional and specialized retailer, this is simply unacceptable.

The ongoing postal strike in Belgium was already known at the time of ordering (plane to be on strike until end of april). In such circumstances, a serious company should anticipate issues:

- by offering alternative delivery solutions,
- by clearly informing customers about realistic delays,
- or by adapting its logistics accordingly.

None of this was done.

As a result, I am left with a paid order, a parcel with no updates, and a completely silent customer service.

At this stage, I formally request a full refund of my order without any delays.

Delays can happen, but the total lack of communication and support is a much bigger issue.

Very disappointing experience overall.

Ich habe dort versehentlich ein Herrenrad bestellt weil es keine konkrete Kennzeichnung von einem Damen- oder Herrenrad auf der Bestellbestätigung gab. Das Fahrrad wurde relativ schnell von der Dachser Spedition geliefert, und der Fahrrer von denen verhielt sich total unfreundlich und aggressiv, und bestand auf eine Lieferung zur Bordsteinkante! Ich habe dann leider schnell reklamiert und die Dachser Spedition holte es rasch ab, allerdings ohne ein Retourbeleg auszustellen! Der etwas freundlicher Fahrer, hat dann auf mein Verlangen auf dem ursprünglichen Lieferbeleg bestätigt. Dann bekam ich ein paar Tage später einen Anruf aus Ulm: dort wurde das Rad fälschlicherweise geliefert. Ich bekomme seit zwei Wochen bereits keine Gutschrift auf mein PayPal Konto, und der Kundenservice hat erst Tage später auf meine diesbezügliche Anfrage geantwortet, mit der Behauptung: das Rad wäre noch nicht da, während der telefonische Kundendienst bereits vor drei Tagen mitteilte dass das Fahrrad angekommen wäre! Die Gutschrift ist immer noch nicht eingegangen! Mein Resümee: gute Preise, Service mangelhaft, bezogen auf meine konkrete Erfahrung. Meine Beschwerde über den unfreundlichen und aggressiven Fahrer wurde leider abgetan! Ich persönlich, bin von einem nochmaligen online Kauf eines Fahrrads, vollständig geheilt! Lieber zum nächst gelegenen Großhändler gehen. Wenn doch online, dann am besten das Rad erst bei einem örtlichen Händler ausprobieren, und dann ggf. wenn viel günstiger, online kaufen! Mal schauen wann die kostspielige Gutschrift kommt? Und ach: leider haben die eine teure Retoure von 59€ falls ihr bestelltes Rad doch zurück geht? Viel Erfolg!

Leveranstid: Inom förväntan, cirka 5 dagar, särskilt med tanke på att produkten skickades till ett annat land.

I ordered two new Brose allrounder displays for our e-bikes on January 23, 2026. No such displays were available in all of the USA. eBike24.com shipped the items the same day, and they arrived in Florida on January 28 by UPS (delayed by the winter storm in the US). This was still two days earlier than the estimated delivery date. Thank you to the great team at eBike24.com for handling and shipping this order so quickly!

This was the first time I have purchased anything overseas, I wasn’t sure what kind of service to expect, however, e-Bike 24 went over and above my expectations.
