We ordered SkyVac Atom replacement motor for £114.00 and goods arrived broken, ECA asked if we could send pictures of the broken parts, which we did, and we have heard nothing since...they do not answer emails or telephones. DO NOT USE. Terrible company

ECA know their products and have really good customer service. I found that they understood my requirements and provided the tools to do the job well.

Hi Guys, yesterday night I received the product.
I don’t remember exactly when I ordered but for sure was the first time in my life that I had to wait that long for the product to arrive at home.
Don’t know what happened I know that the strikes and the snow they have a little part for this delay but a LITTLE!
As I contact asking where is my item and less then a week later I received.
Overall I hope I don’t have any problems with the items and that was my experience.

Sky vac is medium Power which I expected for the price however one of my 2 hoses have started to leak air and its now not getting fully suction.

I placed my order 7 days ago, I have not received my item or an email to say it has left the warehouse, but I have been asked to leave a review.
