I've used this ecard service several times now for personnel in my team located around the globe. Love the service, easy to use, share and present to the recipient. Highly recommend

Have used Ecardforest for the last two years and enjoyed the ability to add a pot (or not) of $$ to be redeemed against a voucher by the recipient. And by supporting them, we support trees being planted. The choice restriction deserves a 3 or 4 as would like more choice for the professional world. BUT, the support and service and responsiveness from the team (thank you Dayana) earns them a 5.

I had a problem with the date the card was being sent to a colleague. Dayana sorted the problem so swiftly, nobody even noticed. Thank you.

This was a great surprise when I got this card and then I didn’t know how to get the money off of it and I emailed e-card forest and they were very helpful and responsive.Dayana helped me and she was great

I had to email EcardForest with a query about a birthday card not being delivered. I received a quick response confirming delivery but advising that they would also resend it. It turns out the original delivery and follow up delivery, were delivered successfully but were quarantined by the employer's firewall! The employer released them for quarantine and all was well!

The issues was picked up and resolved quickly, which allowed me and team to facilitate the pot.

Great service, this is not the first time we have used it with colleagues from different countries.

One of the improvements I can suggest is clearer page navigation. Namely, when filling out cards, users who do it for the first time do not understand that you can turn the page and write a greeting on the next free page and very often write everything on one first page.

I want to personally thank Ecard Forest for the wonderful service they provide. I had never used ecard services until now. Your site is so easy to use, and reasonable for our purposes. Received a gift card from colleagues (yay!) but was unable to redeem (boo!) Thankfully, EcardForest's customer service rep was super helpful and resolved the matter swiftly. I would not hesitate to recommend their service, knowing that a good product is backed-up by a customer service team that cares.
