The product was not suitable for what I wanted - it did not add images intuitively and created videos that looked terrible. I also accidentally paid for a year and only wanted a month, which I realised immediately and messaged them. The company has not replied to any of my messages.

Conversion went ok but had difficulties playing converted MP4 some Win 11 Pro apps. Would not play on Windows Media Player. I did get it to play on VLC Media Player

When rendering the video it doesn't render it the way you put it together.. Pictures are smaller then they should be and there's many glitches.. Also tried getting ahold of customer service with no response.

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of support and customer service. I have contacted them multiple times for assistance with my account and have not received any response. They’ve also saved my credit card data and charged my card when I did not complete the purchase and never agreed to the terms of service. If that is not illegal it definitely unprofessional and shady. I would steer clear of using this service. There are other more reputable and responsive companies.

I, like many other reviewers, am trying to cancel my subscription and the task has proven essentially impossible. The link on their website to "easily" cancel does not work. When you email them to request a cancellation that way, they will send the same broken link. When THAT doesn't work, they will request your account ID and payment information (which is absurd - I only sent the last 4 digits of my card and if I go on my account to try to update the payment method, there is NO card information even listed on file despite being charged every month) and never respond. I have sent four follow-up emails over a period of a few weeks and never heard back. There are also no invoices available to download despite the fact that I've been charged for about four months now. I am extremely annoyed with this entire process and do not understand why - if they're aware of the cancellation glitch from some other reviews I've read - nothing has been done to resolve it. I am about to dispute the transactions with my credit card company because I don't know what else to do if they won't respond, and I will not continue to pay nearly $40 for a service I have tried time and time again to cancel. Do not use this platform unless you want to deal with this insane BS.

I use this for making music visualizers. It is super easy, though you have to pay if you want your export not to have watermarks. I don't mind, I go for affordable, but keep that in mind. Lots of different types of visualizer styles to choose from too. Overall recommend.

Simple, does the job and most websites can't do all webm file types, here any one will work

Horrible, paid for the trial to put a simple image overlay on a video. Looked great in preview, could not get it to look right once it rendered no matter what I did.

Good convert

Doesn’t work as advertised. 3 second video wanted text to start at 1.5 seconds in. Upon upload video plays as intended. As soon as you add text, even without animation, the video length goes to 15 seconds long. When you hit play screen goes black never plays anything. I reloaded the video and tried 67 times!

It's a good app! It's very easy to use and the video cropping feature is free

They advertise free no sign up they let you spend hours and hours working on your picture or video and when you go to export it they ask you to pay 9$
