So disappointing to give a product and this company a score like this. This product has left black streaks on white towels. Machine is drum cleaned regularly and I also used a whitener with the egg. An internet search showed these black streaks on white items is a known issue with this product. To compound matters, I emailed egg over 10 days ago with pictures of the laundry and asked for advice and have been completely ignored. So egg for the black streaks and no interest in your customers its one star.

love my egg laundry products and granules for extra fragrance too, even my washing machine seems to be cleaner, not so much chemical to clogging it up...

I chose this product as I'm trying to convert to a lower perfume and more ecological products in general. I thought the design of the egg was great! I like that you fill it once and you don't have to keep refilling it for a while. I have washed some towels and they feel wonderful, more crisp and they have a greater ability to dry without the fabric conditioner. My biggest issue is that it doesn't remove general stains well. I have a minor food stain but it didn't change at all after a 60oc was. So I think this product is wonderful for day to day lightly soiled clothing and you need to give yourself time to adjust to no scent. However, I do feel you need a separate product for medium to heavy soiled products.

I purchased my Eco egg a couple of weeks ago. I have used it many times and I am impressed. I washed a cotton top with pepperoni pizza stains on it along with other items of clothing. The stains didn't come out. I remembered then reading that stains should be pre treated. I put a little plant based stain remover on the top and popped it back in the wash on a 15 min 20 degree wash with the egg. Stains gone. Yes the scent fades, but just add a little plant based fabric softener to the wash.
I love the Eco egg and I have recommended it to others, who have since purchased it and are loving it too!

I’m a convert. Great product. I have found things softer. Think my old towels have so much chemicals in them from using conventional WP they are hard. I’m washing any new towels with egg and they are so soft. Makes such a difference. What on earth are they putting in the laundry soap now. I have to wash my husband’s hi viz in conventional as they get very dirty. But I am totally converted and I have one that does 100 washes makes it so cheap

I really like the idea of these products but they just don't seem to wash anything that well. I also purchased the scent fresh linen which made the clothes smell beautiful the first time and then absolutely no smell after wash 2 onwards. I reached out to the company to be told I could purchase additional scent boosters which didn't make sense to me when I'd purchased a scented item already. I then never received another reply after my second email which is very disappointing from customer service. Will be switching back to my old brand miniml.

I used to use eco eggs but lost mine in a kitchen upgrade. So bought a new one and some cleaning tablets. The only problem was my washing machine smelled worse after cleaning than before, may need to do it again. I bought the scent booster granules but haven’t used them yet. The ecoegg cleans well but I may used my Kit and Kin laundry liquid when I need a faster spin. All in all good products that are eco friendly and good for sensitive skin.

I've been an ecoegg convert for a couple of years. I find them more convenient, less messy, easier to store and just as effective as liquids or powders. I find the bio more effective than the non-bio.
However, I don't love either of the two main fragrances (fresh linen or spring blossom). When they have been available (sadly for a short time) I have tried various others including british blooms, tropical breeze and my all-time favourite: pink paradise. I have preferred any of these to the standard two and would like to see the default line-up expanded, including both bio and non-bio options.

Surprisingly great product. I didn't think it will be great because it's new. Clothes look and smell great after use, and actually, really great.
There are some things I don't like, and it's surprisingly the look of the box, which is probably the main culprit for the 4 star review (I can't help it, I really didn't like the box and would probably skip it if it didn't seem as a really great product). The egg isn't suited for really high temperatures, so powder balls can be placed into a laundry bag, so it is a bit bothering. It doesn't bother me that much, I usually choose more energy efficient programmes, but I presume some people will find this a bit problematic.
I recommend this, it is surely one of the best eco products ever invented.

I love the convenience of the EcoEgg. I feel the Bio Egg has the best cleaning cleaning power and I am waiting for that to be back in stock for the USA!!

I’ve been a fan of Eco Eggs for about 5 years, I love that I order a couple of refills and some bamboo cloths and that’s it for a good few months… also love the fact there’s a bio egg now that works a dream. Please keep making brilliant money saving, eco friendly products!

They have stuck to their guarantee without any quibbling, which is fantastic in this day and age, I cannot recommend them enough.

Sorry but the eco egg fridge disc just didn’t work for me. Certainly didn’t help keep veg fresh past their sell by date, which was what they lead you to expect.
My reply from them was sorry I was disappointed but basically I must have been doing it wrong and the disc was only there to support freshness

I love the ecoegg product. I love that the product is sustainable and I no longer have to rely on plastic laundry jugs. Our clothes come out clean and fresh every load. Highly recommend!

I bought this product to try as it was on offer what a waste of money it makes your clothes stink and doesn’t get them clean so I threw it in the bin the biggest con on the market and worst laundry product ever produced my advice to anyone thinking of buying it don’t
