We had recently bought our new home in north wales for our family and knew we’d have some work to do.

We was about to start looking for builders and get quotes when we came across eco energy experts, we messaged Darren and he swiftly arranged a survey at our convenience.

The eligibility and technical survey was carried out and Darren took care to explain fully what to expect next.

After the the full technical survey and eligibility had passed Darren took care to arrange the install date with his Team from Cardiff and handled the times and dates do we knew what arrangements to make.

The installers were brilliant they fully respected our home and worked hard to make the job complete on schedule , the finished wall insulation was brilliant and really made the rooms look neat but more importantly warmer

We are so glad we contacted eco energy experts and all this was done for free

I had been without heating and hot water for a while and found the cost of a new installation would have put me into debt

I was scrolling the internet and came across eco energy experts and after seeing the reviews on trust pilot and Facebook decided to drop them a call, it was answered swiftly by Darren who was happy to arrange a free survey to suit me.

Darren popped over to carry out a full technical survey , I was really pleased with how polite and friendly he was and when he told me we could have not only a nee Airsource heat pump but insulation and free solar Panels I was amazed.

The project started with the insulation team and plumbers and electrician on site to install the wall and attic room insulation, it was carried out efficiently and effectively and the plasters were really nice to have in the home.

Next came the heating which I was super happy for Jason the lead heating engineer explained where all new pipes and radiators would be installed along with the new cylinder and heat pump , it ran very much like clockwork with minimum disruptions.

The scaffolders were great also and erected the walkways safely for the solar team , who worked excellent and instslled the panels in a neat manner lining the panels up so looked well

After all this was finished each team explained how all the new measures worked so I was happy how to run

Darren Made himself available every step of the way and it was never a problem getting in touch

My home now is super efficient and I would recommend eco energy experts to carry out this work to my friends and family

What made it for me was the really good reviews from local people and mid/north wales

All the installers where from Cardiff and couldn’t praise enough

From the day I contacted this company Darren and the team have been attentive, communicative, helpful, personable and respectful, which is really everything you need when you are allowing access to your home. and of course workmanship was great too. If there are any minor issues they are quick to resolve and help.

If anybody is unsure whether you will be eligible for access to this scheme I would whole heartedly recommend you contact them. The whole process was easy and straightforward. My initial contact was just 2 months ago.

I would like to say how helpful and brilliant these guys are, I never thought I’d be able to get a boiler and hot water fixed without it costing the earth, and a friend recommended them and I’m so glad I rang Darren, so quick and everything is explained and now I’m having this work start soon!! My neighbours recommended Ecoenergy experts to me after they’d had their cavity wall & loft insulation completed- where they had been impressed with how easy & professional the whole process had been. I then telephoned Darren at Ecoenergy to enquire whether I would be eligible to have cavity wall & loft insulation for my home (28 year old house) - he visited my home, undertook a survey & now 2 weeks later I have had the cavity wall insulation completed & also the loft insulation. Me and my girlfriend had just purchased our very own house just before lockdown and was super excited to get the keys.

On the day, we discovered the house was heated by electric heaters to which some was working albeit badly and some not at all, we also felt the house was very cold and was very worried about what we would do as we had used a lot of our saved money on the purchase.

Thankfully we had heard of eco energy experts and in the same week, Darren arrived to settle our worries, he was very through in his initial survey and also listened to us to on our thoughts.

Darren drew up an free energy saving package and put the application together , his words words were “leave it with us now” , we was relieved to hear this and to be fair to him he delivered

At all points we where updated on progress and any questions were answered promptly.

On the day of the install Jonny and Roman arrived early and full of enthusiasm, they were although the house was a little run down ,, very considerate and coveted areas but also fully explained the job which was very warming.

The lads insulated and fully plastered all the outer walls and the room in roof area, the quality was brilliant and high level, we could also feel the ambient temperature at a more comfortable level

Our next visit was from Jason, who was highly technical on air source heat pumps along with a personable and enthusiastic approach , again the process of radiators pipework and nee smart controls where explained and where all would be fitted.

The installers , we’re again punctual and polite , they explained also where pipe ribs where going so we was kept fully in the loop, they worked tirelessly as a team to ensure we had our heating and hot water as soon as , with no compromise on the quality.

All in all we thank the whole eco energy experts Team for a combined effort on making our house a home

We had heard of other people having their homes insulated but honestly we thought it was not real and sceptical, we had previously had a bad experience with a booked visit prior and was slightly put off by visitors as we are quite remote

We found eco energy experts on the internet and read the reviews left , they was very reassuring to us and thought we would give it a try

I explained to Darren our concerns and being a little sceptical, he totally but us at ease and felt we was simply in good hands , he saw to booking a survey at a convenient time to us.

Darren arrived and went over the application and also carried out the technical survey, he identified how we were Losing heat through the walls and how we could have these internally insulated for free and fully skimmed We were still sceptical but Darren reassured us.

The insulation installers Jack and Rhys were brilliant a joy to have and comfortable to have around us whilst the job was being done all was explained as we are busy people so we could arrange accordingly.

Lenny and Co carried out the job of skimming the boards his brother Kai was there also and both well mannered.

We also had Brandon the electrician who dealt any electrical side and was very courteous and skilled at his work along with Nial the plumber who was professional .

Well, the work was finished and we could not believe how warm our rooms are now

I’d say if you have a stone house then give eco energy experts a call as for us it’s changed the way live for the better.

Darren was always on hand for any questions we might have.

I had a leaflet through the door from Darren and so decided to give him a call. I have now had 4 rooms insulated on the internal side of external walls, the attic insulated and an extractor fan installed. Communication could have been better with regards to when workers needed access but they were all very friendly.

We couldn’t believe it was free

We’d wondered for some time why our house was cold and the boiler constantly firing up , we saw an advert for eco energy experts and thought we would try a free energy survey.

Darren arrived and went over the application and what to expect , he then carried out the survey and drilled the walls to check for insulation which there was none.

A plan was put together and install dates arranged.

Jon and Mitch the cavity wall installers were great they explained exactly what would happen and how long they would be , besides the install we was really impressed with the drill holes and mortar match , you can hardly tell it’s been done.

On arriving home we could instantly feel the difference in temperature and the comfort of the house , this is jig for us as the house has such a warmth now and with us having a small child reassuring.

⛄️ Just before the snow ⛄️

We was told there was going to to be 50% rise in utility bills and with a young family was really worried

We come across eco energy experts and read their reviews and was really impressed

Upon calling eco energy experts a swift survey was arranged with Darren to survey the home

He identified the walls were totally empty and losing lots of heat , he carried a camera for the walls and was I was interested he let me see the walls with this camera and was shocked to see empty

He then checked the loft and there was only 75mm and it was arranged this to be made to 275mm

Darren went through the application and this was complete and as we passed for the free measures an install was arranged , how efficient.

On the day , Mitch and Dave arrived whom was very polite in letting us know what would happen and we could just sit back , by just after half day the whole house was insulated and the team and finished the loft , they was spotless with tidying up and the drill holes matched up that well we could not see them

Overall really happy with the Team and look forward to our cosier more efficient home

Can’t recommend Eco Energy Experts enough. My old cottage was full of old electric heaters and they were costing me an absolute fortune. I contacted Darren on Facebook, and he was clear, concise, and explained everything really well, putting my mind at rest. I knew I was in good hands.

Darren and his team sorted out everything, and just in time for our newborn in March 👶🏼. This was a load of my mind. From installing insulation, a gas tank (as I live rurally), and a good boiler with a load of decent heaters. It’s like living in a new home, it’s brilliant, and ready for a baby to live in. All the workers/contractors were great. Really polite and had a good laugh with all of them.

Firstly Darren took us under his wing after having a bad experience with another company. He gave me comfort from the moment I spoke to him. He's professional, friendly and genuinely wants to help your situation. Dan was also very helpful and communication was great the whole way through. James and Brendon who installed our new heaters were faultless and did a fab job, working through their lunch break to get the job done. I can't thank you all enough :)

Window sills and skirting boards need to be fitted by customer once works are completed which I was informed about

I contacted Darren from Eco Energy Experts about a stone wall grant. Spoke to him on the phone then in no time had an appointment arranged. He came out to discuss insulating, boarding and plastering my lounge plus 3 bedrooms as I was finding the rooms were terribly bad at keeping warm. Darren was absolutely brilliant and would keep in touch regularly with updates on what's happening.

About 2 weeks ago then the work began. The plasterers were fantastic, nothing was too much and they went above and beyond to get the job done perfectly. I can't believe how much better and hotter the rooms are now, it's incredible! Thrilled to bits.

We were passed on to Darren from eco energy experts from a friend in the area that had work carried out and was very happy

Darren swiftly arranged a survey to look at the property which was quite a large complex property and I was concerned if it was even possible to carry out.

I was put at ease with Darren’s knowledge not only of the scheme butthe technical background he holds with heating and insulation that could be carried out

An extensive survey was carried out and I was included in the process and the steps and all was explained also with Darren being mindful of it being our home also

The installation was carried out to a high standard and wall insulation made the house feel comfortable and the finish was excellent, can say the chaos made the process easy too

Then the room in roof was insulated, this had been one the coldest to the extent we would not use , well after the work was done to the high standard the walls was the area felt much more comfortable

Then came the heating , this was very thoughtfully carried out and due to the size of the system it was decided to split the heating system tomxines to allow more autonomy of the floors and usage of power , the radiators now with the insulation installed we’re better sized to enable under siding was not a problem
And comfort was kept.

The pipework was extremely neat and tidy so minimise too much being on show

We was happy how we had no tanks to feed the new unvented cylinder which provides plenty of hot water for our family

I’d say if your considering free eco measures, drop eco energy experts a call they really have the technical knowledge and care for customers to do a great job

We contacted Darren at eco energy experts , when we had heard there was free grants available for insulation and central heating.

We was very happy with how promptly a survey was arranged but also how considerate Darren was on the arrival and also carrying out.

The application process was made simple then we both looked and discussed areas of my house I was losing heat , namely the loft and walls .

Darren checked both the loft and walls and began to explain the process of both types of insulation install throughly so we fully understood the process.

Then came the heating, in our house it was decided a Gas Heating boiler with full pipe work and radiators Also including a clever timer we could switch off with the phone whilst out or simply turn up and down.

The installs were arranged and managed by Darren and was always on the phone to help prior if I had any questions at all.

The installers were brilliant they took also time to explain the process and put me and my family at ease whilst carrying out the work.

We would 100% recommend eco energy experts , for any free energy saving measures , we was dubious but now glad we made the decision.

I would highly recommend this company for there professional manner and services provided. Two weeks ago I spoke to Darren who may I say is a lovely man very friendly and knows his stuff about getting wall insolation because my old insolation has broken down as in all dropped to the base of my Wall's as with all the old insulation this is very common and within a two weeks it was all arranged. The guys turned up on a Friday morning at 9am to take the old insulation out and were finished by three they were lovely hard working guys and didn't stop, cleaned away all the mess and then the following morning another guy turned up at 830am and filled the walls with the new insulation, so professionally done and again cleaned the hole area filled the holes even pained them so they couldn't be seen so I would definitely recommend this company and service is second to none and best of all it was all totally and I mean totally free, no catches no scams or slippery sales and upsell. So please consider this and I assure you that you will not be disappointed.
