Well I gotta give it to Darren for how it all worked out, after having a lot of different people promising us the world but never following through Darren came along and did exactly what he said he would do. We now have full central heating system with solar panels and a renewable heat source pump and wall cavity insulation. If Darren says it will happen then it will definitely happen

Fantastic service from Eco Energy Experts from start to finish. I’m 100% satisfied with the work carried out on my house which was internal wall insulation, air source and solar pannels. I had air source heat pump and cavity wall insulation fitted end of March. Darren came to assess the property and within a month the lads were there to carry out the install. Good bunch of lads arrived and seemed to do a good job. Very respectful and worked hard. Its nice have constant hot water at high pressure. I guess I will see how the heating works more in the winter. I felt the benefit from the cavity wall insulation instantly and was so much better than what I had done on my old house. I was disappointed that the utility room roof was not insulated though as I was told it would be done. The immersion does not heat to 60degrees as it should to prevent legionnaires and have phoned about this but have just turned this off now as pointless heating to 57 degrees. My biggest gripe though is the mess I've been left with in my front garden. I was told someone would be here to collect this rubbish but again 2 months in and I'm still waiting.
Overall I think I'm happy with the system but a little disappointed with the after care. I'm just resigned now to finish off the last jobs myself. I guess I cant complain as had all this fitted for free but will have to finish off myself.

We have recently had the Air source heating fitted.
The insulation was brilliant. The guys were extremely efficient and professional. The carpets were protected and the guys kept the mess to a minimum.
We also had wall insulation and solar panels fitted. Everything was timed to perfection.

Darren at Eco Energy Experts helped secure a government grant to get rid of our old storage heaters and replace them with an air source heat pump, solar panels and roof insulation. For the first time since moving in to our house we’ve got a lovely warm home. Was a bit sceptical about how noisy the heat pump would be but it’s just like the sound of a fridge so hardly notice it.
Every singe worksman who turned up was polite and hardworking and the work was done in a few days.

Thank you Darren and team for our new radiators, air source pump, solar panels and extra insulation! Darren came out and talked us through what was available and we were kept informed throughout the process and all the work being done. The workmen that came were friendly, helpful, clean and efficent. They even took away all the rubbish and old radiators at the end!

Wow! What a difference, this has made to my house!

After some delays by the local council that had me doubting that it would ever happen, but the swift booking of the installation after the council approval process completed was amazing and fully appreciated.

Steve and Adam, the two installers of the heat pump system were fantastic - very friendly and worked continuously from start to finish and had the work complete in a matter of 3 days.

I now have hot water and heating at my house and I am over the moon with the installation. I also have the solar panels installed and this too was done amazingly quickly and with minimal disruption.

Well we had to see to believe and yes we was wrong , it was all completely free.

I had reservations about a heat pump , people said they are noisy and they don’t heat the house up enough , after the installers had made a top notch job we couldn’t be happier , the house is warmer than ever and not noisy at all.

The bonus they put free solar Pv up too which has helped lower our fuel bills

Every person from surveyor to tradesman was all welcoming to have in our home and made the whole job smooth

We was passed eco energy experts on by a friend , if we are honest we was dubious if we would qualify but from looking at the great reviews we decided we would try

Darren was arranged for a survey and was very clear and informative regarding eligibility and the technical side of the job which was reassuring as he really knew the questions to our answers we asked

It was determined we qualified for a full project and found we was entitled to wall and loft insulation along with a brand new heating system via an air source heat pump and new unvented cylinder with smart controls but was very excited to hear solar panels too.

The guys installing were fantastic, all travelling up from Cardiff and absolute professionals at their individual jobs whilst being a pleasure to have in our house

He was arranged swiftly and was very clear and helpful in what could be done with the house , he reassured me it would be taken care off as we had a poor experience before under another scheme

Darren was always on hand for any questions or anything we needed to know , it was really reassuring as he would answer any questions at any point
