Company doing very well. Very prompt delivery

Excellent service and delivery. Ordered them on Monday, had them by Tuesday. Fantastic stuff.

From fast delivery with regular communication & accurate updates, right through to the delivery person, I found ecologs a fabulously trustworthy organisation.

Super speedy delivery!

I have to say the best service I've had in ages, ordered logs, truthfully wasn't expecting delivery before Christmas, delivery was prompt and on the day they said, the quality of the logs are excellent, 10/10 and I will buy off them again, no comparison to some other companies I've bought from.

Info on website was clear and accurate about their products.
Delivery was prompt and made very easy, also got a backup call to assure everything went smoothly.
Now that's good service.

I’ve been using Ecologs wood wool fire lighters for a number of years. Online ordering and delivery quick and efficient. And the product is a fantastic way to start your fire chemical free.

Very responsive
There was a slight delay and the team got right on it and made sure I had the product the next day.
Super service from Michael and the team.

Outstanding service from order to delivery,

I ordered a full pallet of fuel on Thursday morning, and it was delivered mid-morning on Monday. The service was excellent at every stage and the price was very competitive. A very happy customer.

Great value. Easy company to deal with. Would highly recommend.

It is the first time I order a pallet of logs, so I can't comment on the price. But the service was fantastic - I asked for the delivery to be on a specific day - while they struggle to reach the delivery company, they eventually managed to give me a one hour slot.

Well our log order is not delivered yet its due on Monday, but Michael in the back office was very helpful and the ordering process was simple and fast.

Ordered on Friday and had the logs after the weekend. Fast service and really nice people to deal with. Delivery man was very helpful too. First time ordering from ecologs and would order from them again.

Really quick delivery, kept in touch during delivery, easy website to use too

Excellent customer service, following up via WhatsApp to confirm delivery status too. Excellent quality logs and briquettes too.

Excellent service, top class product too!!

Good communication
Rapid delivery

I love that i can order online and delivery is very prompt. Also very important to me is that it's an irish company. The Eco firelighters are just great, I only need one to light a fire. Well done Ecologs.

Great communication and incredibly fast delivery
Have not really used the logs much yet so can’t really comment on the quality.
