It's a beast of a machine and I have been enjoying it since it arrived. It's well constructed and worth every dollar I spent on it.The company has proven to be very concerned about providing their customers with a good experience and understanding that the people who are willing to purchase a skateboard should get their money's worth. It's been a blast finding out what the board is capable of doing. I will be keeping you posted on my experiences with your skateboard.

I absolutely love my m24 pro! This thing is a beast! They say it will go about 35mph, however, I've got mine up to 45mph and it had a lot left in it! I put the extra battery on which is a little time consuming but not difficult. I can go about 40 miles depending on riding conditions. My only issue is I wish it had tighter steering. I put the heavier springs on to give me more stability at higher speeds, but there is a big sacrifice in steering. Changing the springs is extremely difficult and I do NOT recommend it! ECOMOBL needs to produce a detailed video on how to change the springs. There really is nothing on the market that compares to this board. It will climb a 45 degree incline with no problem. The acceleration on level 4 is so powerful, I can burn rubber on asphalt with all 4 tires! This thing is a blast! By the way, I am 67 years old!

The customer service is excellent! Every technical inquiry I have made has been answered within hours. Not only that, but the answers I received went above and beyond what I have come to expect from any company with more than just a few employees. So many technical questions are disregarded by companies because their customer service people don't have that much depth of knowledge about their company's products. The team at Ecomobl actually consulted the technicians who work on their products, in order to answer my question (not this inquiry, but a past one). I appreciate that effort greatly! Any company that outsources their customer service to agents in other countries, who don't know the product they represent, cannot provide this quality of service.

Attention to detail

I started boarding 5 years ago, and it all began with a random street board manufacturer! I then developed my riding style and began to understand the need for a reliable more versatile platform. I googled off road board! I also I understood I didn't want to deal with belts. I saw the Ecomobl drive system and ordered a board. I have never looked back. The gold standard for strength is this platform. They have continued to develope and improve their platforms and I continue to enjoy the ride. They offer a platform for every style of riding. Street, off-road and hybrid! Highly recommend!

Ecomobl is fantastic. Their boards are top notch and their customer service matches it. I got my board from a friend and needed help making adjustments to it and they were quick to respond even though I didn't buy the board directly from them. I definitely would recommend this company

My 2021 M24pro seems very well made. Some upgrades were made for more waterproof durability. Other parts were added to the lineup for better ride quality like the option for pneumatic wheels.
Customer service has been prompt and helpful with minimal language barrier issues. It's mostly the cost of parts that seem high. Even the little hardware stuff. Otherwise it's been tough and strong. Would recommend!

When your looking for the best. The line stops here. This is best electric skateboard on the market. Also you will have no better customer service than with ecomobl. Even with set up they are there from start to finish

ECOMOBL is a real standout because it feels just like riding a true skateboard. You've got that planetary gear drive, which is inspired by tank design and keeps everything minimal and reliable. Then there's the integrated lighting system- front, sides, and brakes all covered-which was a first in their industry. And finally, you can't beat a top speed of around 35 miles per hour with a 25-mile range. It's definitely a board that sets the bar high. I started out with their Ecomobl ET then I upgraded to the Ecomobl ET Pro and I love my Ecomobl ET Pro.

Cheap plastic made controled and doesent work professionally

You do not provide a user manual for maintentance and modifications. I paid $2500 for the board. It should have a user manual not a sales manual on other products. You should have a manual showing how to make adjustments on board such as turning radius / tightness. Your lights are also too blinding to oncoming pedestrians and should have ability to turn down or off of a few. Your break lights/rear lights break too easily b/c it is in the rear handle so picking up board brakes the lights too easily. While I accept the board is a monster is heaviness comes with it, the turning radius is too narrow and tight. Evolv beats you on weight and turning. It is also too loud. Your manaul should provide instructions how to quiet the board. Not everything is a monster ride. We should be able to adjust the sound for beach rides and other easy rides so as not to scare pedestrians we ride by. I will not recommend this board for anyone in an urban area. But it is fun remote riding. Customer service is deficient as it does not answer questions and only redirects you to youtube channels that don't address all questions. Worst of all the user manual link on the website redirects you to a spam site that tries to change your user programs and never actually provides a board user manual in any form. That sucks but is bad business that it is a link on your website. Booooo!!!!

A few years ago I came across a video on YouTube of this guy riding what was called an M24 from a company called Ecomobl. As a kid I would watch my friends disappear into the woods on their bicycles as I stood at the end of the street holding a longboard, wishing I could follow.
That was 1980 , and I had long abandoned skateboards all together, but THIS , this was the machine I dreamed of as a kid.
Planetary gear driven ( no belts ) , all wheel drive ( Im not a little guy) and all the horsepower and terrain handling abilities i EVER dreamed of !
I now have a new M24 Pro, a Telum BA and the AMAZING X5 Hybrid.
I am 58 years old and living my childhood dreams on 12 horsepower monster skateboards that make EVERYONE stop and stare . Thank you Ecomobl, from an old skater reborn . - Kirby
