Out of the park
So I hate ordering anything, it is usually wrong, or broken when I get it, but these guys really knocked it out of the park. Not only did I get the control Board I ordered, but I also got all the accessories needed to take it out and replace it, down to the shrink tube.
New controller, new deck tape, new seal for the controller/battery enclosure, shrink tape, little screws, all of it.

Ecomobl M 24, 4 WD moves my 300 pounds like a bullet train on grass, I love it. I ordered a couple of new tires and they responded really fast and also replaced 2 escâs that failed prematurely as warranty, sent me the new ESCâs free and really fast. i have enjoyed my skateboard so much.

Best bang for buck.
I got the correct hub which has way better tolerance than the one it came with and no longer gets speed wobbles before reaching top speed.
The new motor came with new bearings and gears.
The shipping was free.
I would like installation instructions and a clearer website for ordering parts especially when upgrading or modifying as to compatibility.
Or a more knowledgeable staff when it comes to repairs a customisation.
A greater variety of wheels and tyres.
A light weight battery option and upgraded motor mounts specifically for jumping.
Still the best bang for buck in the Ripper I own and seemingly the best high quality in the Telum X5 though I have not ridden one.
