Help from the support team was sent quickly and clearly. Links to purchase the replacement parts were provided. My order was confirmed quickly and the parts arrived in a reasonable amount of time.

The Telum 2WD it's a beast of a board with power speed and acceleration ration ready to attack any obstacles that nature throws at you through your riding experience, the big mountain wheels definitely provides a smooth terrain experience and I can't wait to jump back on the board after a quick 4hr charge.

The unboxing experience was nice and even included a nice branded red T shirt which was a nice add on touch for new members and the foot bindings is where this board gets to stand out from the rest of the boards in its class.

I did noticed the hardworking team forgot to include some small parts but after a quick response time with the customer service was a breeze and they will be sending out the missing items at no cost to me and so overall the communication has been prompt and heartfelt,Thanks EcoMobl offering the introduction of the Telum Class Series. I definitely will recommend to anyone this board as it is an eye catcher and a conversation starter wherever I go.

With today general tend the downsize customer service and support. This company has done the opposite. I can't tell you how refreshing it is to get an actual person to respond to you. They want to make sure every order is correct before it shows.

I used the board for about two months before it broke. While it worked, it was great. When I reached out to the company for support, they only communicated through email and it took over three months to get anywhere. Ultimately, they told me to disassemble the board to diagnose the problem (I have no idea how to put it back together) and they told me they could give me a discount on replacing the battery (it was still under warranty). I spent $800 on a board that lasted 10 weeks. I would not buy from them again.

Total crap, maybe put 10 miles on it. After that the battery turns off the board at about 75%. No reply from customer service; not surprised.

I AM TOSSING IN THE TRASH!

Worst company and worst board!!!
Customer service is ridiculous, never got the help or answers when I asked question about the issue and they told me replace this , that and ended up nothing was working. Garbage!

After 2 weeks of pointless communication with 2 people, I'm no closer to an answer as to which gearbox parts are correct for the board I'm servicing, so I ordered my best guess = ET2 rebuild kits to service a Ripper they sold with ET2 motors. I paid via paypal, ordered directly from the multi-lingual international site. Should I expect to receive parts I've paid for, (correct or not,) in a couple weeks, or is that a fantasy? It's unclear to me if this company is imploding completely, or if this is the way they've done business for years. Don't purchase their boards!

Every time I have had an issue, I get helpful replies every time and fast, sometimes only a couple hours so the customer service is great. The board, however, is beyond great, almost terrifying, but the power driving forward beneath my feet transforms into pure excitement and adrenaline carving wherever I can or exploring new challenging terrain to push the limits of myself and board. I wish I could give 10 stars, 5 for the product and another 5 for the awesome customer support I always get from them.

Well it all started with me buying a $2000.⁰⁰ board August 17 and a month later it stopped working and it is Dec. 28th and all I have a bunch of lies piled ontop of lies and still no working board.

Long delivery time. They advertising on their site 6-9 weeks of delivery time to EU and I waiting 18 weeks and still without board :(. I giving 2 stars just because they answers to my emails relatively fast and when I ask what’s wrong with my order, they answer me each time different thing with actual info about shipment.

I purchased an M24 PRO, and absolutely love it! The board came fast and with lots of tracking and updates on my order status. While riding a trail, I broke a part. I reached out to Ecomobl, and even with them based in Australia they where very responsive in warranting my part and getting it out to me fast! Thank you Ecomobl for getting me back on my board quickly! FIVE STARS!

Ever since I purchased the Telum I have been very happy with the product and the support provided by Ecomobl.
I had a crash where I broke my controller. I ordered a replacement controller and Ecomobl replaced it in a week. I didn’t even have to miss out on riding thanks to how fast I received my new controller.
Great company, great product.

I waited almost a whole month for my parts to arrive and when they finally did, they were the wrong ones, so I couldn't use em.

Really great long board all the way around, but be wary of the power of the throttle. This thing is amazing in every aspect of the dynamics of the controls.

Thank you for sending the grip tape and foam in addition to extra screws, and the entire waterproof esc. This is a much better design than before!

The ET is an engineering masterpiece. It is very fast, with plenty of torque, it is smooth, stable, easy to maneuver, glides in and out of turns and at night, with the lights on, it's absolutely majestic. The ability to monitor your speed, remaining battery power, trip odometer, as well as, over all odometer reading, on the remote control is super beneficial. Battery life is great. Customer support is just an email away. Ecomobl staff are super courteous, friendly and extremely respectful. I just ordered the new M24, with the full suspension and I am super excited to ride it. The Ecomobl ET skateboard is the next best thing to driving an exotic sport's car. My skateboarding experience dates back to 1977, at Skatercross, in Reseda, California. I am an Ecomobl loyalist, for life.

I got my Telum in June 2023, and was able to go offroad with it only a few times so far. This is my 1st offroad SK (skateboard). My true rating would be closer to 4 than a 5 stars. But, I opted to give it a 5 based on my experience so far, and for overall fun factor.
1st, it is a thing of beauty (if that is your thing)! I know it sounds silly...! A perfect design and art!
Also, it is a beast (power wise), and will probably rattle you when you go first few times! Unfortunately, you can't adjust the acceleration, just the speed, and it seems that even at lower speeds, the trigger still sensitive and would acc. pretty hard (same acc.)! The good part is that it has it when you want it! The flex deck and giant pneumatic tires, make the ride very comfortable almost on any terrain. I don't even care, or mind about relatively big rocks or anything really on the ground anymore... Haven't try jumping with it yet, but I think it will handle it well. Battery life seems to be OK. I was done way before the battery was out, and did a lot of climbing with it. So, didn't try to check how many miles it can really do. The main issue I have with it, is that without foot binding I can't turn with it! Even with the foot binding I have a really hard time turning. On wide trails, not an issue, but on pavement my turn radius is like of an SUV. But, I'm not an avg. Weight (under 140lbs)! I have the softest springs in the front and medium in the back. I'm going to change the back ones to the softest, even though it's recommended to have the back ones a bit harder. I wish they had even softer than the Blue ones (the softest)...!
I'll probably end up replacing the stocked binding with better ones. You will find this complaint all over the web! I agree with it, but at the same time, I think it was meant for offroad riding, where it's less of a problem. My SK came w spares of the Red Springs (medium). In my case I actually would like the Blue ones. I wish it would have come w extra Blue ones instead. When I went to purchase them separately, they only offer all 3 kinds, and not individual ones, so relatively expensive, considering I don't need the rest! Also, in my opinion, the description of the parts on their website is subpar and ambiguous on some of their items. This is just an observation from looking briefly at the parts lists. At some point I'll need tires, etc... FYi, you are "married" to the company when it's come to spare almost anything! I recommend getting extra tires, etc., just in case...
Overall I'm still learning, but my experience so far was very good and had a lot of fun! Please, please have respect for this beast, wear all the protective gears, and be very careful, especially considering that your feet are tied to this thing, so "escaping" it might not be possible! And remember that the trails are his natural habitat. Safe riding!
