Not just Adam - took a few people to resolve the issue but they sorted it out eventually

I think it was so far my best customer service experience this year. Very calm, thorough, and helpful

My issue was resolved in under 20 min, and I was informed all the time about the status.

Honestly they are always great at responding to my quires big and small they always have knowledgable answers to my questions and resolve and get back to me promptly.

I’ve been a loyal customer with Eco Web Hosting for a long time. Whenever I have an issue and need to raise a ticket the support is always first class and resolved quickly and smoothly. Most recently had an issue with a dns resolver cache meaning an SSL cert was failing to issue. Fraser dealt with the issue swiftly and professionally and explained everything really well. Thanks guys.

I am a software developer but hosting and networking is my weakness... Eco Web Hosting really make it simple, if ever I have had confusion of "errors" (almost always self-inflicted) the team respond to support tickets super-fast! I mean within the hour, often within minutes, and nearly always have it resolved within two emails. They are so efficient, knowledgeable and friendly.

I would like to provide feedback regarding my interaction with Amal. I was asking for information that I had not yet been given, but the response I received came across as rude. The chat was opened without clearly providing the information I needed, which made the interaction confusing and uncomfortable. I believe a more respectful and helpful approach would improve communication and create a better working environment.

However, initially Remi and then Vanessa went above and beyond to assist me in directing me to the root cause and I am now hopeful of achieving a resolution. Great support, been with these guys from the beginning when Rob was doing tutorials on a learning site and giving free hosting for completion. I guess that’s how they started. Since then they have come a long way and been through quite a few changes and the guys that are there now are very technical and certainly know exactly what they are doing as well as providing first class support. I would highly recommend Ecowebhosting, no hanging on the phone for hours trying to get through like some other companies I could mention (io…) or being held to ransom with contracts, servers are fast, email support is next to instant and prices are very reasonable, they are UK based and they are Eco friendly, their support is also extremely efficient, knowledgeable and personable.
