Bought the amazing brown diamonte jeans and matching top .. the jeans were perfect fit but the top just a little bit small I contacted ELP and they sorted out an exchange for a bigger one. Excellent customer service I have to say .. thankyou so much .. love the outfit xx

What a amazing company I purchased the silver rhinestone jeans but wanted to swap them for the rainbow rhinestone , as I firstly wanted the rainbow but was out of stock and they exchanged them straight away no fuss.. jeans are stunning exceeds expectations they look unbelievable

Purchased a pair of jeans a week before a concert with a 2 day window delivery time. However as it got nearer to the concert the jeans where no where to be seen and it had passed the 2 day delivery time, It was very hard to find tracking for the item. I had to email the company which took about 2/3 attempts before I got any response and an anwser as to where my order is...They had issues with the supplier. I was offered a refund and such but knew these would not come in time so had to look elsewhere in such a small timeframe and asked for a refund. After the concert date the jeans had turned up even though I requested a refund, I have contacted the company again through email for the second time now requesting a refund however again no response back. It`s the lack of communication and response to emails, lack of attention and the late delivery which unfortanely gives them a 1 star. I`m still yet to find out if I will receive a refund. If you want something within days I would not recommend these. This is a genuine feedback.

i ordered the Blue sparky jeans and they are amazing. Wore them for my birthday and got so many compliments. Customer service was amazing, i needed a different size and they send out the exchange same day I returned the original pair and kept in contact through out. Couldn’t recommend enough.

I ordered rhinestone jeans and a rhinestone denim matching top. I was surprised to see that the tags and labels on the items are from See See Paris and not labelled as Edgy Little Pieces. The quality is not great, the pieces do sparkle and look beautiful on first glance, however, the rhinestones are already coming off and the sewing is really uneven. The hem on the top of the corset is not in line. It doesn't seem to be very high quality. I haven't decided if I will keep the items or return them. They are expensive for something that does not seem to be great quality. I'm worried all the rhinestones will come off after the first wash.

I just purchased a pair of the sparkly black jeans and wow, wow, wow! They are perfect. Great material, stretchy, and they look absolutely amazing! Super fast delivery. I'm so, so pleased.

Very unreasonable returns policy. What if you’re away on holiday for two weeks?

I ordered straight leg diamanté jeans in the size M (uk10) they fit perfectly!! They have a stretchy fit around the waist and are SO comfortable on. My order was shipped and dispatched on time and i received my parcel very quickly. Really good customer service from edgylittlepieces x

Amazing quality of jeans! Very happy with my purchase, the only slight downside is they are really long, so I'm going to have to get them taken up just a little bit.

A lovely little company with excellent customer service. I took my decision to buy from their online store from using trustpilot, reading the reviews, and reading the responses from the owners regarding unsatisfied customers. I thought the answers were courteous and very straightforward, So I decided to order and see for myself. And I really wanted their sparkly Jeans!
I loved the jeans, even though I had trouble figuring out my size. Which was not their fault, I'm just small, and every shop is different. Emily was fantastic, kind and hardworking, she answered me at 8 in the evening on one occasion. Always replied within a timely fashion to any enquiries I had. I had to do 2 exchanges, and they sent a different pair each time, until I got my right fit. I just paid for the returns. Im very happy with my purchase, and with the information and service. Lovely company, can't wait to wear my sparkly jeans.

I really like the items from edgylittlepieces. I received many compliments when wearing the items. The only thing that I do not really like is that you need to play much for customs (I live in Switzerland). But other than that I am really happy!!!

Great products and customer service. My original order didn’t fit so I emailed asking about sizing and the team were able to help in exchanging my item for a longer pair of jeans which now fit perfect! Communication was great throughout and I’m loving the silver wide leg jeans thank you! :)

I was a bit weary ordering from a company iv not really heard or seen much of. But I saw they where selling the most stunning rainbow diamante jeans and I was really interested in buying them. I couldn't really find a sizing chart or guide on their website so I went through comments on their socials to try and see what was being said about the sizing and I didnt really find much. So I went on to purchase 2 different sizes from them and paid for next day delivery. They came next day and I was stunned at how sparkly these jeans are they are amazing. Only tried one of the sizes on that fit perfectly. So I got in touch with customer services to ask about sending the other size back for a refund. Within minutes I got a reply and they where extremely helpful. Sent the other size back same day. The only criticism I will say regarding these jeans is they are rather expensive and the diamante stones aren't glued on well. I lost a fair few amount while I was trying the jeans on and I know im going to lose a lot more stones when they have been worn for a full day on the inside of the legs. So ill only really get one wear out of them sadly. Its such a shame because these jeans are absolutely stunning. Other then that my experience with this company has been 10/10 and id happily use them again.

Absolutely fantastic customer service, best I've ever received. Its hard to believe this is a small company as they are so responsive and deserve recognition for how amazingly they treat their customers. I needed to return an item for an alternative, this was accepted straight away and replaced. I was sent regular updates whilst waiting for the new stock to arrive. I'm delighted with my new item. 5 star service.

I am absolutely in love with my new jeans from EdgyLittlepieces! I purchased two pairs in different colours and couldn’t be happier with the quality and fit. I did need to exchange one pair as they were a bit too big, and the entire process was incredibly smooth. As soon as they received my return, the replacement was sent out promptly. Amazing pieces ! I ordered and I love . However I cannot wear as they’re too long 😩 ! I Knew they’d b long as it states on sight . Was hoping to bump into a seamstress along the way . so Does anybody have any tips on shortening the jeans so I can actually wear them .

From the start of my enquiries to receiving my order I cannot fault your customer service.
Email replies were pretty much instant with all the help on sizing etc given.
My order came in 2 days 😳how insane is that!!! And that’s with normal delivery I didn’t pay extra for faster delivery. Crazy🤯
The jeans are super stretchy and I think sizing is pretty inclusive from smaller to larger bodies so something for eveyone.
I cannot wait to wear my sparkly jeans, and I’m literally about to order some sparkly shorts for the hotter weather.

I had pre ordered 2 pairs of sparkly jeans, I waited for 8 weeks before they fulfilled the order. Then they sent the order via “Evri” an unknown carrier service, and after waiting another 2 weeks for it to get to the US, they said they delivered my order and they DID NOT!!

I have security cameras and can provide proof that the jeans were NEVER delivered.

So I contacted the shop and the owner said she would replace my order, and when I reached out to find out if she had mailed my order and get a tracking number from them, she tells me they didn’t have any on stock and I would have to wait even longer!

I said NO because I had already been waiting for 3 Months for an order that never came and I demanded a full refund. So we’ll see how long it takes for be to get that back.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! This place does not value your business!
