We had our windows and doors replaced on the 1st and 2nd of September Ryan and Niall were fantastic. They were quick and efficient with replacing the windows we were very pleased by how professional they were and there attitude to the work environment was amazing. would 100% recommend to anyone wanting their windows and doors redone.

Exemplary service from start to finish, extremely professional, courteous and punctual, salesman was fantastic, fitters were top class tradesman, very good at their trade, very clean and tidy, fitted by Niall and Ryan and they are a credit to the company, the house is practically silent and we live on a busy road with 4ft front garden! 100% recommend this company and staff

We had 13 windows installed and the staff/fitters Jack. Darren. Simon and Oli were extreemly polite and fast working, cleaning up afterwards leaving us nothing to do but sit back and admire our new windows ... well done to the team 5 star service i can highly reccomend this company

Continued weekly calls to my husband two years after our glazing was installed to see if we want any further services. Repeated requests to be taken off call list have been ignored. Last person to call was called Mason. Never use this company.

Throughout the change from old to new double glazed windows, Garry Redbourne and Duncan Joss provided excellent customer service. They were friendly and knowledgeable. Most of all, they did an amazing job and left us with no complaints after they were finished with the job. We would like to thank them for their commitment to making our windows perfect and everything else around them; up to our standards to keep our house looking beautiful. Thank you once again.

After initial contact with EE Glazing. We arranged a meeting with Pat S. Pat was very thorough with the product and answered all our queries regarding the product. We agreed on a price and signed off on the order.
The windows were surveyed within a week and a date of August was agreed to fit.(install date was our choice and Not EEGlazing. EEG could of fitted earlier to be honest)
On the install date Chris and Alfie were the fitters. We were really pleased with the quality of the install they provided. Minor damage which they resolved on the day and I had no complaints.
Overall, we were really happy with the quality of the product and the work carried out by all the staff. I would recommend EE Glazing and would gladly have them back for more work if needed. Colin & Sue.

I submitted a formal complaint to EE Glazing on 13 July regarding structural/lintel issues following a bay-to-flat window conversion. The complaint was not acknowledged. I had to call the complaints team multiple times before finally getting confirmation on 31 July that it was being looked into. I was told the installation team would contact us by the following Monday. As of today, no one has been in touch.

During the works, one of their team members fell off a ladder, and in the process our deck was damaged. A window was also broken during installation, they did bring a replacement the next day, but at no point on the day it broke did anyone tell us it had happened or that a new one was on its way. We only found out by discovering it ourselves.

On the second day of installation, we overheard the installers having a dispute with head office over the structural issue. Despite this, the installers were instructed to go ahead and fit the new windows onto the already damaged structure.

We were then pressured into making the final payment, on the promise that the structural issue would be looked into and resolved. An appointment was booked for the team to come and carry out the work. Instead, they turned up on a completely different day, when nobody was home, and simply repointed a fallen bricks, nowhere near an actual resolution of the structural problem we’d raised.

Terms of sale were not made clear - I was told one thing by the salesman who visited me which contradicted the contract. More fool me for not reading the contract more carefully and trusting what I was being told.

Darren, Simon and Cameron installed windows and a front door in our three bed property. They worked tirelessly in the blistering heat! They were courteous, hardworking and friendly - and were lovely with my dog who was trying her best to get in their way! Darren spent time making sure I was happy with the work before they left and everything was left clean and tidy. Thank you so much!

Horrible experience this evening with this company and their salesperson.
A simple quote appointment turned into an hour of hard pressure selling which was really upsetting and intimidating even for someone like me who does not get made to feel that way easily.
It took me 4 separate attempts to get the man to stop and leave my home.
If this company supports this type of behaviour from their staff then they are a company of zero integrity. I wouldn’t give them a pound of my hard earned money. Steer well clear is my advice and if you are a woman on your own don’t ever meet with them alone. I realise now the cold caller arranging the visit asked me some questions I didn’t think much of at the time that led them to know I was sole proprietor (e.g most likely to be alone and therefore more vulnerable). Disgusting.

Turned up with the normal sales tactics even started that Nasa uses the same material as them, after an hour of talking he wouldn't take no for answer, then seemed to get angry when told i want to get other quotes, the price dropped from 30 thousand to 6 thousand in less than 5 minutes, when he finally accepted no for an answer he left sarcastically laughing.

They fitted the front door all good and great but they got the wrong size fan light glass they said they would be back on Monday to fit the right one has we only have piece of plywood but no one has turn up or even phoned have left loads of messages has no one there aswear the phone also don't phone back i am left with just bit of plywood where the glass should be

I have had two extremely poor experiences with the double glazing industry, both from separate companies, but needed the double glazing changed so I took a gamble with EE Glazing Ltd in March of this year for the replacement windows to be changed in July and had constant nightmares which became more intense the closer the operation became imminent. The day arrived and two double glazing engineers landed with all the paraffin alia to proceed with the task in hand, I stayed completely out of their way as to not hinder their forward motion. They started upstairs and after much banging and scraping they asked me to inspect their work. What a shock, it is perfect, a complete and total work of art and inspiration. The downstairs was completed in the same timely manner and expertise with the finish one would expect from an Artist. Thank you EE Glazing Ltd, there could be more work for your attention from this wonderful engineering installation 👍

We had all Windows replaced on 21st/22nd July, all high quality windows that look amazing and installed through EE GLAZING LTD.

We are extremely happy and extremely satisfied with the windows it has made such a difference from the old lead lighted glazing, so much more light coming into the property.

Our team of fitters Jack and TJ were polite and courteous and worked incredibly hard in the heat, and carried out the installation in a very professional manner.
Jack and TJ took time to ensure all surfaces were protected, and cleaned everywhere when installation was completed, then spent time talking us through the window operations.

We had EEGlazing install our new front door a couple of years ago which still looks brand new. However, we did have a couple of small issues recently and after talking to the team these issues were rectified extremely quickly. We can't praise the customer service department enough, very polite and and efficient.

We had cladding put on all around the house and all the windows replaced plus a new conservatory. The work was outstanding so can't fault them with very good team work from all the workers. People who walk by the house say it is beautiful and they love the colour .The workers were very understanding and friendly We are very happy with the results.
