We had cladding put on all around the house and all the windows replaced plus a new conservatory. The work was outstanding so can't fault them with very good team work from all the workers. People who walk by the house say it is beautiful and they love the colour .The workers were very understanding and friendly We are very happy with the results.

Firstly the negative points, yes the lead generation team still knock doors who have no cold callers please. It so happens my mother did need some new windows. Through the usual haggle we got to a price that was high but acceptable to mum (I'm in the trade so know what is acceptable).

The sales team are just that, close the deal move on, no real interest in customer satisfaction, or signing you up for something that is deliverable. Over promise and under deliver.

The Surveying team know their job and with some cohesion from me came up with a plan to actually deliver what we wanted. But I had to help with this, physically and information wise.

The products are good quality products and will last a long time, they are well made and look great. The fitting team are an absolute gem and a real benefit to the company, sad as the company use the installation team to do accounting control, that should not be their job. Should be done by credit control or corporate team.

All in all if they delivered what they where supposed to I would give them 5 stars. There exist strategy needs some work.

I had 2 windows replaced back in the spring and I was really happy with them so now I have had the rest of the house done.The place looks really smart . This house is 100 years old and I wanted windows that had the same appearance as the originals. I am really pleased with them.
The fitters, Ricky and Tony are a father and son team and have this down to a fine art. They fitted the first 2 windows and I asked for them to come back for this much bigger job.
Nothing was too much trouble. The job took 3 days and they tidied up each evening and made sure everything was secure before they left each evening. thye also made sure I understood how the locks worked etc.
I would definitely have them back again.

We had an amazing fitting with some amazing gentleman completing the fitting. I have written a review for them and if the company was just those 3, then I would be singing this companies praise. However, it is not.

The man who came to do our after sales check was so unbelievably rude, abrasive, and then proceeded to racially attack a neighbour of mine. Management have been made aware of this by myself and the neighbour.

This alone is disgusting and I would not recommend a company who employs anyone like this.

Then their after sales calls are boardline harassment. They have called my husband (which is hilarious because I am the point of contact and I am also the one who put in the complaint about the above employee but wonder why they won’t call me) over 20 times. He has told them every single time that even if we did want anymore work done, it would not be EE glazing, based upon the employee above. He has been “reassured” multiple times that they will not call again and his number will be removed.

Avoid this company!

Although I have a sign on my door stating that we do not buy anything from people calling at the door one of your salesmen still rang the bell .

We have just had some new windows installed by Darren Simon Cameron & Ollie what a fantastic job they did . They were hard working, friendly, efficient, clean and tidy workmen too lying down dust sheets to keep floors clean. We e had a really good experience from the initial sales guy (who was not pushy at all) and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. Well done Darren and team great work.

ON 23rd and 24th June I had all Windows and Doors replaced at my house, all high quality brand new ones, installed by
EE GLAZING LTD.

I am more than happy and extremely satisfied with my new windows and doors, it has made such a difference to the appearance of the outside of my home.
It has also made the inside look cleaner and much brighter too.

I had a team of 3 fitters the first day and a team of only 2 on the second day, they all worked incredibly hard in the intense heat we had on those 2 days.
I would like to thank Stewart and Bobby West and Martin Sampson for the incredible work carried out to instal the windows and doors to such a high standard on those 2 incredibly hot days.

I would like to thank Tash who was the salesman who helped make all this possible and he was very supportive too.
I would also like to thank Kelly for her reassurance and support leading up to the installation.
I would also like to thank everyone else who played a part in making this all possible too.

Had our windows done. Process went smoothly and was done well. However, some of the sales people are very pushy. When discussing the price he was round our house till around 10pm. We were unable to take an evening to think about the decision, which I think is unfair when customers are spending a lot of money. Also, I keep receiving calls asking if we are happy (when I have said yes on the 5 previous calls) and what else we may need done in the future and asking about conservatories when I have clearly stated we do not have space for one or want one on multiple occasions. I have had to block the number as the amount of calls is ridiculous.

Amazing work and so pleased with results.

Just had 11 windows installed, the team did a fantastic job considering the heat they was working in and cleaned up and took away all rubbish. Very impressed

Just had a new front door and side panel installed. Very happy with the service highly recommend

This company just come to my door to tell me that there a government grant for windows and doors and they will take £300 off each window under the government grant scheme I’ve just googled it. There is no government grant the government does not give grants for windows so this was force information and a sales tactic. 2h later i receive a call from head office saying that I’m booked in for Friday for a quotation I told him that I did not book him in. This is a very pushy company. First of all there is no government grant for windows and door that’s a sell tactics to make you think you’re getting a deal. be careful of their sell tactic. There is no government grant you don’t believe me just google it. copy and pasted about government grants below

The first thing your sales agent said when coming to my door is there is a government grant scheme going on at the moment where we give you back £300 per window under the government grant scheme that is the first thing he said if you do not know that your sales agent is pushing this by saying there is a government scheme going on at the moment and the government gives grant towards windows and I think you need a better look into your sales team that is the first thing he said he also said the same thing to my neighbours two doors down he also come out with rubbish that you must seen us in the street because we replaced loads of windows as people are taking advantage of the government grants at the moment . well I’ve never seen this company in my road before but the first thing he said is there’s a government grant scheme going and we can give you back £300 per window so I think you need to take a better look at your sales team and how they’re selling your windows

Despite the property having “no cold callers “shown clearly, your flyer distributer elected to ignore this proclamation and ring the doorbell!
Maybe this is a novel sales tactic that achieves nothing!

I had my windows replaced today by EE Glazing and I have been very happy with the experience. The installing team of Darren, Simon and Oli did a professional job and were friendly and polite in what was very hot and sunny conditions. They left everything clean and tidy and I am pleased with the look of the windows.

Arrived on time, Darren, Simon and Cameron quickly got down to work in extremely hot conditions to a good standard and would recommend them to anyone looking to have their windows replaced

I’ve just had a front door, French doors and three windows replaced by EEGlazing. The fitters were great, working in 30 degree heat without complaint. They did a superb job, leaving everything clean and tidy. As to the actual windows and doors, I am more than happy with the quality and appearance. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend EEGlazing to anyone. Great from start to finish.

When problems arose Darren clearly explained solutions to me and even showed me how to take down our blinds! Product design is great and obviously hoping that insulation been improved.
