Absolute Temu order. The flowers look nothing like the picture. Could have gotten better in the local shops for half the price. The free box of chocolates fit in the palm of my hand. AVOID!!!

I ordered a £35 bouquet of roses and lilys(my girlfriends favourite) to be delivered the next day on our 10th anniversary, the flowers delivered by yodel were dumped at our front door in an open,crumpled box, the flowers were dying.roses were brown all over and the lilys were about dead. No water in the box to keep them watered,,i took photos,sent a complaint and a some pics of the flowers and condition and the box and ended up binning the lot..i popped to my local sainsburys and brought better and cheaper before my girlfriend got home. Arranged them in a vase and went out for dinner..then i recieved an email from eflowers asking me to take a pic of the arrangement displayed to send them as proof
What a waste of money

I am extremely dissapointed by both the quality and delivery service of this order
The delivery person totally disregarded the big arrow on the box indicating "this way up" and left the box arrow down and stems up.
The flowers themselves looked far from fresh, the roses outer leaves where discoloured and pale looking as if the petals had been frozen? To cold
The heads of the lisianthus where bruised and battered and 18 flower heads where broken off and laid in the box.
The flowers where dry and looked as if they where at the end of their life before they where dispatched
It is only because of the extreme friendship and understanding between friends that the recipient had the courage to tell me of her disappointment.
I feel a full refund is in order as the event these flowers where purchased for has passed.
After sending you this email twice I have decided to post my comments on this site as I am still waiting for your response
I hope this is review is read by many and allows them to make an informed choice about using your company.
Poor value for money
Flower quality was good but quantity was poor especially as paid extra for larger arrangement. Response has been poor as not dealing with same person for each email sent and get standard reply that quality of Flowers is as expected.

I contacted customer service they were terrible they blamed me i informed them it was a special occasion which turned into a tragedy but they were un caring and didnt care even though they bring happiness which is so untrue they forget to bring the items then the biggest insult they offered me a £1 refund and refused to deliver chocolates even though i emailed so many times worst customer service ever

Not even one star
I do not even believe, this shambles of a company deserve one star. I ordered my friend a small bunch of flowers, only for them to be delivered looking all wilted and dead. A The bouquet is put in a box with no water to keep them fresh and being carted around in the back of a sweaty yodel van. I was told to wait 24 - 48 hrs follow the care instructions and they will revive. 72 hrs later I sent photographic evidence again and was told that they are looking exactly how they are meant to look and unfortunately I can not receive a refund.
Well... its needless to say I won't be using this service again.

I received some replacement flowers today however they were a disgrace, very few flowers, delivered squashed and completely yellow leaves. Nothing like shown on the website. Definitely wouldn't ever order from this company again

I wouldn’t even give 1 star, my boyfriend brought me 1 bunch off flowers from here For my birthday, and ordered the small size he said they looked awful, and ordered another bunch the large bunch, so he ordered some more they never showed up and got sent to the wrong address, we managed to find the address it came from, but they’d been at this house for 4 days, and some are dead already, and he spent £45.00 on the flowers, and they look like a bunch you would buy from Tesco, he said he wasn’t happy with what they looked like, and he ordered me another bunch from where he normally gets flowers from, defiantly wouldn’t recommend this website are expensive and you could buy a nicer bunch off Tesco, will not be buying off here in future.
Shocking customer service
Shocking customer service. I tried to delay an order 5 minutes after placing it. It wasn’t clear where I could select a delivery date and as as soon as I paid any changes were impossible. I complained- especially as I felt that by delaying the delivery it really shouldn’t have caused great problems to them, but eflowers customer service is really just there to say no and to bounce back a “we are not going to help you” standard letter. Really disappointed and will never order from them again.

I send eflowers quite often with confidence. I received some today for my birthday. OMG, they were a disgrace, very few flowers, delivered upside down and completely wilted and I think dead, just trying to revive them. I know how much we spend on these flowers and apologise to those I have sent such displays too and so sad to my sister who sent me these today. Please don't use e flowers again, I would strongly recommend that you don't. Please e flowers stop misleading people and stop asking for feedback from the sender as they don't know ask the receiver and you may get some honest feedback.

Box of dead flowers - twice!
The first lot of flowers I received from my parents for my birthday were delivered to the wrong address. My kind neighbour bought them round to me and I was excited to open the box until I saw the really ropey roses inside. My parents contacted e-flowers and they sent a replacement. These have arrived today and they are even worse! Pretty much dead. Certainly won't be using again

I am so sad! My wonderful bf ordered $100+ worth of flowers for me for Valentine’s Day! I received 3 red roses and a couple snapdragons a day late-not the dozen with lilies that was ordered!
Spoke with a very nice woman named Teresa, who apologized profusely. She even stated, someone very lucky got my bouquet.
She then, contacted my bf- who is working out of state- and since they wouldn’t give him a refund, he Agreed to have the “original” bouquet sent for “my” bday in April. Well, my bday has come & gone- no contact from eflowers, nor the bouquet. Sad sad sad, luckily my bf got me a peloton! If the holiday is important enough to buy flowers DO NOT use this company!
