Ordered flowers from these jokers spent £40 received a £5 bouquet from Tesco’s customer service is absolutely rubbish PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE THIEVES

Do you like to pay for bouquets and only receive half the amount of a completely different bunch of flowers?
Do you like flowers that turn up looking like the courier dragged them there?
Do you like patronising customer service that basically ignores anything you say and makes a poor excuse that means their poor service is acceptable?
If you answer yes to the above then this website is certainly the place for you!!!

Very very disappointed. Arrived Friday at 1900. Squashed. Put in water to revive. Sat a.m all droopy and going black. Worse £55 I have ever spent. Very upsetting to as was a special birthday gift. And no free chocolates.

Received a beautiful bunch of flowers for my birthday from eflowers, even my husband commented on how nice they are which has never happened in 10 years of marriage. It was a perfectly formed, pretty selection that really brightens up my home.

Don’t buy off these!!!
I ordered a large bouquet for 75th birthday but got a few flowers wrapped in plastic that looked like they’d been on a garage forecourt the the last month.
Complete waste of money!!!

What an utter disgrace! Like others I have only given a rating in order to write a review.
My daughter sent my favourite flowers to me for my birthday. They arrived at ten past eight at night in a terrible state - dried out, wilted, going brown, buds falling off - pretty much as many many reviews also say.
I followed the instructions but they were dead within a couple of days. I have emailed eflowers twice but got no response.
I do not understand how this company carries on trading. There are so many appalling reviews that they must be aware of the unacceptable service and yet still fail to respond to complains or improve the quality of the flowers and service.

Very disappointed with the flowers we received, had to be the smallest bunch even had to pack the vase out with foil. The pictures make it look like it's bigger than it is. For the price paid x3 the price of local supermarket it's a big disappointment.
On a plus the delivery was on the day of choosing and tracking option was a bonus.

Very disappointed with a Mothers Day flower basket. The flowers were arranged very poorly, some not even with stalks. My Son could have spent his money at Asda and would have got better quality. Please do not spend your money with Eflowers!!!!!

My daughter ordered flowers for my niece birthday and I was shocked because I also put money into them and I have never been so disgusted in my life and I’ve never felt so ashamed of giving them as a gift,the flowers look nothing like the picture and they look dead and came in a box I would never order from these people again ever.

The flowers were beautiful, the service was prompt and the price was amazing. When you can't make a personal delivery this service was excellent

I received a small rose plant in a pot as a birthday gift. Within a day the leaves were starting to curl. A week later half the leaves had gone. Now, a month later, I have a pot of 5 bare stems. My friend contacted the company and they weren't interested, saying that as she didn't contact them within 5 days they couldn't (or wouldn't) do anything. The care instructions that came with the plant only referred to cut flowers and there was nothing to tell the customer how to care for a pot plant. My friend was very upset to think that she'd bought me a gift only for it to be a waste of money. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

The flowers I received were pathetic and lasted a day. Don't buy from here!!

Poor customer service ! Came home to find a box of flowers on my doorstep... not my name and half of my address .. I live near a care home which was the other have of the address .. I phoned the care home, but it’s a big place and they didn’t recognise the name! Tried to look for a number for eflowers (but nothing )! So emailed them to double check address and received automated email reply .. saying could be 48 hours or more to reply ! FOR FRESH FLOWERS as a gift that someone had paid for !! I opened the box without damaging and there was a very sad damaged bunch of roses (which looked like they had been stored on their heads .. 2 broken off )! Smallest box of chocolates and a note to someone wishing them happy birthday and to hope to see them soon .. this had not got to them :-( .. as no reply from eflowers .. I walked to the care home and asked someone to take them in for a lady called ‘Diane’?! .. it is on a wing and a prayer that they find her before the flowers die !.. dreadful service by this company .. should never leave flowers without speaking to someone (note - not even a small sealed bag/tube of water for them ) someone threw their money down the drain when they picked this company !!

I dont know how this company get away with their appalling quality. My daughter received flowers a couple of weeks ago and they were all dead! they sent a second bunch and they were not much better. I have received flowers today from someone that really cannot afford it, and they are awful quality. I think they rely on the person that has purchased not seeing the flowers and the receiver being too polite to say they were "!?p.

Really disappointed. Wish I’d read the reviews first and they all seem to have had the same experience. Nice quality of flowers, but not worth the price for the quantity. £5.99 delivery for Yodel to throw a battered cardboard box onto my door step. Supermarket flowers for half the price are better.

Please stay away or get very disappointed!.. I bought the moonlight bunch £30 for my gfs birthday and I was gobsmacked then very angry and upset when I opened the cheap looking box to see a very small bunch of flowers that looked nothing like the picture!. The personal card was very cheap looking.. stay away

Flowers and chocolates delivered to my address but not my name. I asked driver to wait and I opened box to check card to see if they were for me before returning them. They weren’t and I looked up and driver was driving off in his white van!! I emailed eflowers immediately and have had no reply in 4 days. I live in a village where I know a lot of people and there are streets/ drives/avenue with same name so I spent two hours trying to find out who the flowers were for with no success. The person sending has spent all this money for nothing and won’t get a thankyou , the recipient will not get the pleasure and wouldn’t have been expecting them as it was a “ thinking of you” and eflowers obviously don’t care about any of this. I think this is a dreadful way to treat customers.

I wish I had checked here before I used Eflowers .. it was terrible service :- they delivered to the wrong house and the box of flowers were left outside in the rain and completely ruined, inside the flowers were small poor quality and half dead so I will be definitely not using this terrible business again, and wish I would have checked on here first.

They are absolutely hopeless , I ordered white bouquet they sent yellow , nothing but robots when you try to contact them . DO NOT I repeat do not waste your money on this hopeless company and it’s ejits !!
