Àll the above and more. Ordered flowers for my sisters birthday on 12th April did not arrive. Contacted them and was told they woukd try again to deliver - nothing. When i telephoned got passed from one person to another. Now i sm told they will only return £12.69 of my £42.00. This has been an horrific experience as not only my sister is 72 years of age she is also terminally ill. This was supposed to cheer her up but has done the opposite. May i add that this company goes under the name of Serenta Flowers - dont know why.

Wife ordered Mothers Day flowers for her Mother, well in advance. Flowers arrived several days late, and almost dead. No response from this Company when my Wife complained both by phone (couldn't get through) or by email. Dreadful, dreadful company. I would strongly advise anyone not to even consider this Company. By contrast, I ordered Mothers Day flowers through a UK competitor for my Wife, which were a day late (due to the courier), so I let them know, and they immediately issued a full refund! Couldn't be more of a contrast.

They delivered dead flowers to my mum for mothers day, have shut down the phone lines and refuse to send a same day replacement even though the flowers arrived yesterday and we called the helpline. Never, ever use. Disgusting service.

Absolutely horrible and totally a SCAM. Not a part of FTD and they took my 80.00 and said my mom wasn’t home when the flowers came. That’s a lie!! They were 5 days late and every time I called their several numbers for customer service it was the same woman with same script and every time I called she had a new name ! She said the florist would call me they never did. They respond to my emails and then when I try to email back it’s undelivered. The owner was involved in a class action suit by 1800 flowers in 2011 for the same issues. I don’t even give any stars! Don’t use them

I ordered flowers and three mylar balloons for my wife's 50th birthday from eflowers. I purposely did not buy from 1800flowers to give ftd my business this time around.
The flowers arrived on time and looking pretty much like the picture I'd seen and bought from, but there were no balloons.
Does that alone deserve a one-star rating? No. The customer service experience afterwards is the reason for the one-star.
I called customer service at their 800 number and in the early afternoon, their 'answering service' is fielding calls. Not customer service, mind you, 'answering service' which means you'll waste your time telling this person your need, they'll promise a call-back and who knows from there. Why do you have an answering service handling customer service issues in the middle of the day? Its not like it was after-hours.
So not one to waste my time, instead, I used the email option. I emailed on the day the balloons didn't show. By that same time next day, I emailed again, stating I intended to back charge the entire order (because I can't backcharge just the balloon cost) if I didn't hear back from them soon. To my surprise, they immediately responded with simply, 'We have processed you a full refund of 15 dollars. -Flowers LLC'
That was it. Nothing else. No name attached, no greetings, nothing. Notice there is not a 'we apologize', no, 'we're sorry', no 'please accept the refund and 10% off your next order'...you know-all the things a company that cares about customer relations and retention might do.
The next day, not sure how long it might take to register a refund, I emailed again with that question.
Still haven't heard a response.
Customer service is utterly horrible.
This started on the 21st of February, 2018. It is now the 23rd and I will wait for my refund up to two weeks as their website says. After that, I will take it up with my c/c company and get refunded through them.
I bet I get a call then.

If I could give 1/2 a star I would do that. Horrible!! Flowers ordered for Vday of course they didnt deliver them. Husband called the morning of the 15th and was told the florist would be calling him back. By 2:30 when they hadnt called still I called back to be told the same thing. Here we are on Friday and having to dispute the cost of overly priced flowers that didnt even make their destination. Just say no to eflowers. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I place an order for my girl on feb 1st for a delivery date of Feb 14th. On the 14th I call for a status update and from that point forward I knew my money had been taken and ways going to be a challenge getting a refund. All I wa told is theyd have florist call back and after 4 different phones calls 3 hours apart no call backs. Its been two days later and along with 4 calls 3 emails later, I get an email back saying we are looking into it. My girlfriend hasnt gotten her flowers I paid for and if its going to be late at the very least an update would have eased the issue. Its my fault for not doing my research and should of come here first. I will now everything in my power to make sure others know this is a scam!

I ordered my flowers and they were never delivered. I called numerous time to get the issue resolved, but the call center only can pass a message. I also emailed through the website. I (one week later) have still not heard from them. On my last attempt to call the representative told me to dispute the charge with my bank. Horrible!

The flowers were never delivered. Sent now three e mails NO RESPONSE. Spoke on the phone this morning to their 800 service promised a phone call back NO RESPONSE. Worst experience ever. Last email cancelled the order for the undelivered flowers.

Customer service kept saying we will have the shop to contact you. Well I am out of $63.00 and no flowers. Do not use this place it's awful!!

This is my third time using eFLORIST and I have found their site easy to use but most of all the quality of their flowers and service have been second to none.
I had reason to contact them and found that they responded quickly and efficiently.
All the recipients of the flowers agreed that the quality of the flowers and arrangements were beautiful and the deliveries were on time.
I have no hesitation in recommending this company and needless to say I will be using them again.
As a bonus after your first order you automatically get a code which entitles you to a 10% discount on any further orders.

Absolutely no problems with my same day delivery this Memorial weekend, flowers looked great, teddy bear and vase that came with it were also fine. I recently purchased flowers for my mother for Mother's day. The order form and conformation stated that the order was set for same day delivery once I got home at 7pm that evening I noticed the flowers never made it to it's destination. I called the 24hr number a young lady stated that she would send a email to the florist and they will be contacting in the morning. The next day I waited all morning still no call or flowers. Around 3pm the deliveryman dropped the flowers off on the edge of the steps on my front porch during a rain down pour. My front porch is big enough that he or she didn't have to do that. I opened the flowers and they were wilted and bruised. I didn't feel comfortable giving my mother the half dead flowers.
FTDFloristsOnline Ruins Mother's Day!
I ordered the Splendor Bouquet for my Mom on Mother's Day 2017. We live on opposite coasts. So, sending her flowers is the least I can do to show her how much I appreciate all she has done for me. I called customer service AGAIN after the SECOND WRONG bouquet was delivered to get a resolution. ( After all the FIRST bouquet sent didn't even have my card attached.) She told me she didn't want to ask any of her kids who sent them...for fear it was not the kid she was asking!!! I was unable to reach anyone who spoke or understood English very well and was ultimately hung up on. I've just sent my email of grievance to their support e-mail address. I'm currently waiting to have my issue resolved and hoping my mom will receive the correct bouquet before she leaves for her vacation day after tomorrow.
Horrible Service and not "Guranteed" as they state
I know I will NEVER order from this site again! Ordered a $68 plant/floral arrangement for a family members memorial service. Placed the order the morning of March 17th with the service being held on March 18th. Got an email a few hours later stating "Unfortunately we have just been made aware that we do not have local FTD coverage in your recipients area. We would be able to have an item arrive through FedEx or UPS at no additional cost to you. Please let us know if you would like to proceed with the order or if at this point you would choose to cancel this order. "
I called them back and stated I would like to proceed with the order and was informed they would not be able to "guarantee" same day delivery. With the service being the same day as delivery they said I would get a phone call informing me of the deliver. Well it is now March 25th and have not heard back after 3 additional phone calls inquiring about if the order was delivered. Each time I called I had to provide my name, the recipients name and address and expected delivery date even though I have a reference number. I asked if they knew who the florist was that would be completing the order and was told they do not know. They got my money, so what do they care.
This is utterly unacceptable! The customer service representatives basically follow a script and do not care to listen or provide any other response than "I will forward the information and request a call back, thank you for calling". Maybe there is a language barrier since it appears the customer service location is outsourced to another country. It would be nice if they could access the order by the reference number provided and not have to give all the information each time I called.
