Absolute Temu order. The flowers look nothing like the picture. Could have gotten better in the local shops for half the price. The free box of chocolates fit in the palm of my hand. AVOID!!!

Missrepresentation
Clicked on their link which said "Same Day Flower Delivery - Send Flowers Online Today!"
Then chose a package from a nice photo which included a small vase. On the next page I found that it was £4 extra to include the vase.
After filling in delivery address etc., I then find there is an additional charge of £1.29 for a NEXT DAY delivery.
Not what is advertised. A waste of my time because I'm shopping elsewhere.

DONT THINK ABOUT IT!
This was the most unpleasant experience ever! The lady on the phone was rude and ignorant. I ordered some flowers and asked where their location was, just like you can do on amazon, and they couldn't tell me where they were! I never even got them! It was so not worth it.... don't buy anything from them! HORRIBLE

Worst flowers
I ordered flowers from this site who obviously then use florists on their list. I paid to upgrade the size of my order and extra for same day delivery. The flowers my wife received looked nothing like the flowers on the site, they arrived a completely different shape and looked like they had been wrapped by an amateur, the card was tatty and ripped absolutely disgusted. The flowers only lasted two days ...book through another site if u want quality. I did complain and today received £7.95 refund which is as big an insult as the tatty dead flowers my wife received.

Worst service ever. Incompetent follow thru.
Ordered flowers for Christmas anniversary to be delivered on the 23. No flowers. Contacted them the follow day.Service answered and stated they would forward my message and I would receive a phone call. No phone call. Re-ordered flowers. Nest day no flowers. Received two emails stating that they would refund or deliver
Fed X and pay shipping and upgrade order or refund. Called and got service again. No flowers. This time stated if I did not receive a call I would be contacting attorney general. Charged my card. Short time later received a call from e flowers. Explained situation all over again. They stated they could give me a $10.00 credit and send Fed X the following day on the 29 of Dec. I mentioned the email of paid shipping and upgrade. Put on hold and when he returned is when he stated I would receive a $10.00 credit and they no longer had the Holiday special available. Canceled order and demanded email to verify refund to card. Ruined anniversary, embarrassed. Wide thought I forgot and I could not say anything until later that night when no flowers arrived. Never ever again. I can assume nothing will come of this review either except hopefully you will not order from e flowers. Chuck Blair
