If there were a Hall of Fame for credit union professionals, Christy Theriault would already have her own wing. From the moment I connected with her, I knew I was in the hands of someone truly extraordinary. Christy isn’t just a loan support specialist, she’s a superhero, armed with compassion, brilliance, and dedication.

Her response time is flawless, her knowledge is encyclopedic, and her patience is Saint-like. Christy has guided me through different processes with such grace and clarity that I felt like I was being personally escorted through a VIP experience. She has anticipated every question before I even asked, and her ability to simplify complex information is nothing short of magical.

But what truly sets Christy apart is her heart. She treats members like they matter, and acknowledges the emotional impact some situations can cause, while also remaining professional. You can feel her genuine care in every interaction. She doesn’t just help you with your loan, she empowers you, educates you, and makes you feel like your financial goals are not only achievable, but inevitable.

I worked with Casey Dunton‑Cross to take out an auto loan and she was so patient and helpful. She texted me throughout the process and made sure that I was able to purchase my car. On top of that, the rate was very competitive. I highly recommend Casey and Evergreen!

I do not remember the young ladies name that helped me, but she went above and beyond to make sure I had the answer I needed.

I have been going between Direct TV and AT&T over a payment made in June via automated payment system with no luck and much frustration. Direct TV insisted a refund was given directly back to my share draft acct, and also told me I had to take it up with AT&T even though my bank statement was proof Direct TV received payment. After a 3 hour ordeal with no resolution, Bailey @ EGCU was kind & patiently listened to my issue and immediately took over this case. Maybe EGCU will have better luck going up against these 2 big conglomerates ! Thank you Bailey, true example of excellent customer service experience with this credit union.

Loved the easy virtual application. Rachel was right on it and related to my questions quickly.

We recently bought a home in Maine and Sarah was such a blessing to work with. The rates they were offering were better than any other offered and the process went very smoothly. Sarah was very helpful through everything and was always available to answer our questions. We would highly recommend their services to anyone. I had never performed a wire transfer and was nervous about messing it up when transferring funds for a closing! The bank staff did s wonderful job walking me through the process and making sure everything was correct and accurate!

I’ve used Evergreen CU for multiple recreational vehicle loans. I had concerns that buying a used RV out of state was going to be complex, but Happy A. and the team at Riverside in Portland made the experience extremely easy. They are thorough and very helpful!
