This bank only want to do business with high income folks. I applied for a auto loan and they approved it but once they saw I was a disabled veteran they pulled out. The had all my income and all they needed for the loan. Credit was approved they just didn't want to be seen with the middle class I guess.

Everything about Evergreen is fantastic. And I love love the new Scarborough branch.

Casey and Jennel have been absolutely fantastic to work with, easy paperwork and super fast service. I will continue to do business here for years to come!

Applied for an auto refi loan at the Windham location two weeks ago and have left 5 voicemail messages for the person I was dealing with and to date those messages have never been returned. Very poor customer service.

Awesome customer service. Sarah Webb helped me with loan process. She’s very professional, patient, friendly and quick at responding. I would recommend Evergreen CU to anyone. The service is excellent! The tellers are great and always helpful.

Excellent customer service!! Helped me with travel concerns with my debit card. Was able to get a credit card in a day! Explained the EGCU App and how it works.

I have all of my banking with Evergreen. My car loan included. So when it came time to get a new one I really wanted to keep financing with Evergreen for my new car loan. Everyone was great and helpful and made it work. Thank you again.

I have had great experience with them, but, I do have one large gripe, and that is the lack of atm locations in the Windham, Gorham, Westbrook area. There is 1 available atm and that is at the bank in North Windham. It would be nice to see some free ATMs be brought to Westbrook / Gorham area so you don't have to drive 20 - 30 min just to use a free ATM.

Evergreen Credit Union Service members have always greeted us with warmth and an eagerness to help. From the moment someone answers the call, to being in touch with a member that can assist with the request is both speedy and attentive.

Today I worked with Rebecca Lanefski, her knowledge in business documentation and communication skills was excellent. Rebecca patiently allowed me to explain and was able to assess my newness/understanding so that she could ensure resolution to request. Rebecca was engaging, asked clear questions to gain needed information in a way that relieved my stress and helped educate me for the future.

As a new business owner, taking on many new roles, and untangling some inherited disorganized systems; it is refreshing to have a motivated customer service representative that takes the time to ensure the task is completed correctly, and the customer has gained understanding for future success.
