Shit customer support they never reply to you! shipping takes ages! Still no clue where is my order!

I placed an order for cigars on March 6th, and as of May 28th, I still have not received anything. The package was apparently returned before reaching my country, but instead of proactively resolving the issue, I had to repeatedly chase down customer support for updates.

Communication has been extremely poor throughout the entire process. Responses are delayed, and I have now gone nine days without any reply at all. I still have not received either my cigars or a refund.

The whole experience has been highly unprofessional and frustrating. The website appeared trustworthy and professional at first, which made this situation even more disappointing. Based on my experience, I would not recommend ordering from this company.

This is my experience living in the UK. Fantastic. Fast shipping. Kept safe and secure in a humidified custom EGM bag within a sealed box. All my cigars come in great time and free shipping. They contact you quickly if you have any queries. I have made 3 orders, my second order was delayed due to a stock issue but was quickly rectified.

Cigars were delivered quickly for an international delivery and in good condition. Well packaged and I couldn’t be happier. Only criticism is the tracking system was not very accurate. Was saying that the cigars were still in Zurich when it had been delivered. Definitely will order more cigars from this site.

They don't do shit to label the tax you already payed in Switzerland and make you still pay 40 Euros to ship. so a 10 Euro Cigar will be more like 25 Euro. They also don't Provide you with a bill so they don't have to pay the tax.

Wow they sent a 10% discount I put 6 cigars in my basket and I noticed they showed a total and it said - $22.46 but what they did after I put the cigars in the cart was take the prices of them to exactly what the price was before the discount. lol so basically before I used my discount was the same after they just bumped the price. Avoid them if they’re shifty like that no doubt they can’t be trusted

EGM cigar does not protect their customers with insurance. $1000 order never delivered RK993280013CH.
No refund no reship. They said if returned I would get a refund. After 18 orders no customer consideration .
They also lied on the shipping manifest- wood house goods. lol. They lost a good customer.
