High fees ineffective rep, run, don't walk away.

Robin Tyler was extremely patient and helpful in guiding me through the process of signing up for Payment Insider, as I needed access to monthly copies of my statements. She took the time to send me the registration link, walk me through the process step by step, and explain how everything worked.

My technical skills are not always the greatest, but Robin was incredibly patient and made sure I understood what I needed to do. She even stayed on the phone to ensure I was successfully logged into the system before we ended the call. I truly appreciated her time, patience, and willingness to make sure I was comfortable with the process. Robin was extremely helpful and provided excellent customer service.

This company is very dishonest and fraudulent. We used them for our merchant processing needs for just a few weeks and during that time they SCAMMED us out of thousands of dollars. They fabricated a bogus reason for implementing a reserve and then after they secured it they assured us it would be returned back in 60 days. Then that turned into 90 days. Then they said 180 days. Well now it's been more than a year and they are refusing to answer at all. Our previous agent who signed us up "no longer works there" and no one else seems to have any answers. Elavon should not be in business due to their fraudulent and predatory actions. If you research this company on Yelp and the BBB you will see many businesses saying that they did the exact same thing to them.

ALL OF MY COMMISSION FROM OVER A YEAR AGO IS BEING HELD UP BY THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH ELAVON UNLESS YOU WANT THEM TO STEAL YOUR MONEY!

They quoted a rate of 1.79%, but in the end, the actual cost came out to around 4%. I feel the pricing was misleading and not what was advertised.

Please be very careful and read all the terms and fees before using this system. Even though it says it is available through Costco, I would strongly recommend doing your own research and comparing the total cost before agreeing to anything

Small business owner, had to do a manuel update for my machine.
Called Elavon tech support was on line with a person (Kay) quickly got my machine updated took about 10 minutes total.

The worst scammers. Are holding $4000 of our funds for over a year and refusing to answer calls or reply to emails. They assured us the funds would be returned then lied and disappeared. CHECK THEIR BBB and YELP RATINGS!!! FRAUDS!!!!

The technician was exceptionally knowledgeable. With clear instructions, she guided me through software upgrade process. And while waiting for the upgrade, she patiently answered all my questions with answers that I would understand. We have been bothered with some issues for the past 4 years and no one seemed to be able to fully resolve them. She was able to explain in details with very efficient language. I offered to write a review for her for the professional customer service she provided. Thank you.

I had a bit of trouble updating bank information for the merchant account. I called and spoke to Jasmine who helped me through the process to reach success in a matter of minutes. Her knowledge of Elavon merchant system is impressive as well as her customer service skills. I also spoke to Robin who was beyond helpful with my request to confirm the bank account updates and if I could proceed to process card transactions. She confirmed and reassured to go ahead. What a pleasure it was to experience REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE with Jasmine and Robin. A rarity in these days of automation and artificial intelligence that is quickly replacing human contact. Do NOT do business with this company. If you decide to cancel your account they will ignore the request; string you along; expect a record of cancellation (which they will not record); automatically take funds out of your bank account; and deny there was a cancellation request.
If you prefer not to throw your money away then DO NOT DO BUSINESS with Elavon.

The representatives are very responsive to our needs and understand true customer care.

Customer service rep, Robin, was amazing at trying to figure where my deposits were and if the IRS's levy was a once time thing, She was very reassuring, and did an excellent job searching out the answers that were causing me stress.

Sunny Bravo was excellent. Spent a lot of time looking down every avenue to attempt to resolve our issue. Unfortunately, some people are garbage and we weren't able to get the information we needed.

Sunny was cheerful, pleasant and put me at ease. Dealing with the terminals makes me anxious and she handled everything beautifully and with confidence. She solved my problem today.

Heather was awesome. Extremely kind, patient and helpful. I got my answers and even answers to questions I didn’t even know I had until she offered the information.

Its always a easy call to support but sometimes it's a bit frustrating for our mids when deployment get delayed and no one reaches out to the merchant or msp and when we call in, it's time consuming on everyone to re explain the information to get deployment going.

Jessica, the Customer Service Representative was very kind, patient and helpful. She walked us through the update and stayed on the line top make sure she addressed any other questions we had. She was amazing.
