Exactly the service I expect from an online retailer. The products I purchased (smoke alarms) were competitively priced, and the checkout experience was quick. Delivery was smooth too - I received regular updates on the progress of my shipment and it was delivered on time.

Couldn't buy a repeat bulkhead lamp order from the 'usual' online retailer for an unknown reason so contacted ZetMet directly. Clear website, excellent email response and direct buy price with superb next day delivery for 4. Recommended supplier.

Great after sales care
I ordered some RCBOs from this supplier and they arrived as expected. I have completed the job no issues. However, my book keeper didnât seem to have have the invoice from myself nor could I find a copy in my emails. I called the supplier who asked me to email him some details which I did.
I had a copy in under 1 hour. ( I Must add I suspect we lost it at our end because I definitely remember seeing it )
Very much appreciated the top notch after sales care. Thank you ð
