The website is a scam. Ordered £100's of pounds if goods which have not arrived. The telephone number does not connect and all emails have gone unanswered. The so called courier they use also has no contact details either. DO NOT USE.

Ordering process simple to navigate, regular delivery updates and delivered on time.

Unapologetic in refusing a return for an air conditioner that doesn’t pump the air outside and is heating the room up. Clearly not fit for purpose.

Terrible experience and won’t shop here again.

Added me to their mailing list without consent - have been getting spam from them. not what i signed up for and I definitely opted out. This may not be a big deal to most customers but I definitely view this as a an abuse of how they handle personal data

My veritas alarm stop working I found the fault ordered the part from electrical online for the right price. Delivered next day . Alarm working again in less than 24 hrs . That’s what you call efficiency. Excellent company.

Some items were late, it appears someone had forgot to pass my order onto relevant supplier. If I hadn't kept chasing, I might have never received all my items. Did receive apology, and staff very polite and helpful once it was realised what had happened.

£9.95 postage for something weighing 30 grams. Absolute rip off!

Amazing customer service. Got 2 central heating thermostat controls for home which were exceptionally well price in comparison with my service provider! In addition I needed them in record time & staff were kind enough to expedite this order quickly despite being pass the cut off time of midday. Very helpful to & product looks and work well. Will definitely be using you guys again!

I bought a security system from Electricals Online. It appears that this is a very competitive area as the prices are very similar. However Electricals Online were slightly cheaper for the panel that I wanted. When I placed the order, on a Friday, I selected standard delivery and expected delivery Monday or Tuesday. I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived on Saturday. I haven't powered it up yet but good price and rapid delivery, what's not to like?

Their prices are extremely competitive.
The website search struggles to find an item that you know they have, when previously found via google.
The range on some products is limited; suppose that will expand over time.

Very easy to place an order and delivery was swift too. Payment was great with PayPal as well.
