I made an order on the 20th April 2025 (Order Number- 468097), at the time no comment on website about delayed delivery. I have been in consistently e mailing , phoning the company on 02866335045, who had failed to provide let alone a delivery date or a courtesy response. I will now asked for a refund... now wait and see if that happens. Extremely disappointed.

Excellent Customer Service
I had a small issue with a product I'd purchased, turned out the issue was entirely my fault but the lengths that customer service went to (over a bank holiday weekend) to resolve it were above and beyond what I would have expected.

Do not use this company. Placed an order and paid for express shipping a week ago. No sign of the order been dispatched yet even though the website shows the product in stock and says order today for dispatch tomorrow. No option on live chat to speak to anyone about this and the phone number I called is not picked up just an automated message. Contacted the email address provided to be told it will be dispatched but no response back to my reply. Want my money back but I know it will be a battle when I can't speak to anyone.

Do not use this company, I ordered a fire in February along with a fixing kit (frame) the frame arrived within 2 weeks and the fire was supposed to follow 2 weeks later. The money was taken out of my account instantly but after a very long wait and very poor communication from the company all through March and the beginning of April, sending reply’s to my messages (no phone number) with an automated message, I requested a refund, as the fire “hadn’t cleared customs” they charged me £20 to have the frame collected and then a further £26 for not having the frame in the same box it arrived in, please note the frame cost £49. I have never experienced such poor customer service from a company and to be charged for their incompetence is ridiculous. Never again!!!!

When the order was placed for the fire there was an estimated dispatch time of 30 days, we are extremely sorry we were unable to meet this. With regard to the refund for the fixing kit, we did advise you of the collection cost and this was returned missing parts and not in its original box meaning that this is not eligible for resale

I received my order only a few days after placing it. Since it was being shipped from the UK to the US, I was impressed with the speed of the delivery. I was pleased with the Bauer battery operated manicure/pedicure set. Since I am old enough to have trouble clipping my toenails, the electric grinder is helpful. (I may be a senior, but I still like self care items to help me look good.) I would have preferred to order locally, but I wanted this specific item, and you were the only company I could find that still carried it. However, the low price of the product made up for the high shipping cost. Although I am not in the market for your other products, I would still recommend your company to those who might be. I am satisfied with your service.

All of the other makes purchased over the years, of which there have been several, have been so weak they have either broke, bent badly or rusted out after a short space of time hence I would now only highly recommend this particular manufacture.

SCAM AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Ordered and paid on 5th April
Web chat non existent
Chased order by email 1 week later no reply.
Chased order another week later no reply.
Have to presume its a scam and all other reviews on here have not been verified.
Now chasing payment and company with my bank.
Do yourself a favour avoid this company I ordered only because the product was the cheapest online, schoolboy error ....
And finally an answer below due to the review however my name is Neil not Liam thanks…. severely inept at best complete scam at worse
