I can't lie I was hesitant at first when I saw they had a ps5 bundle at a good price, especially when no where else had them in stock. I wasn't sure if it was a scam or not. But it all paid off ! I ordered on a sunday and got a dispatch email near enough first thing on Monday morning (I noticed in other reviews they don't dispatch or work on weekends). And it was delivered on Tuesday ! Really can't fault ElectricGames would definitely recommend and purchase more again !!! VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER

Transparent customer service. Had the PS5 in stock as a bundle which is rare nowadays. Informed me of when the items were dispatched and I was provided with a 1 hour time slot on the day of delivery. Can not fault, would purchase electronics from here again.

We attempted to contact you on the 1st of November, as we had faced an issue with your order as the only Xbox Series S Console, we had in stock had suffered cosmetic damage to the box.
We wanted to clarify if you were okay receiving this product, as we were unwilling to ship an item with any sort of damage (cosmetic or otherwise) unless we had confirmed it with you first.

Super Smash Bros cancelled by me? Lies!!!
I bought super smash brothers for my childs birthday was advertised at £29.99 reduced £49.99 then it said sign up save a further 10% so taking the game to £27.00 they took payment for my item couple of days later , I just got a refund for my game and an email to say I had cancelled the order. I never. Judging by the review above they have cancelled the order as they priced the game wrong. Fair enough this happens but don’t send me a lie via email and just be honest with me as a customer that you messed up. Disgraceful.

The cancellation email is an automated email send whenever we refund an order. We also emailed you twice on the 8th November with the explanation to why your order was cancelled.
As stated in our email to you, ‘the item you have purchased was incorrectly priced on our website due to an unexpected error.’
We will resend these emails for you as they provide a discount code so show our apologies.

Super smash swizzle
I bought super smash brothers for my childs birthday was advertised at £29.99 reduced £49.99 then it said sign up save a further 10% so taking the game to £27.00 they took payment for my item couple of days later , I just get a refund for my game when asked why they had given me a refund and not posted my item there reply was they had priced the item wrong .when I pointed out that the correct way to deal with that was to send me my item that I purchased fair and square then if they had made a error with the price correct it after my purchase.
They wouldn't do this and as a good will gesture give me a £5 discount
And had altered there website so the game is back re advertised at £49.99 reduced from £59.99
So reported them to trading standards.
