Absolutely amazing!! I ordered ps5 on the 22nd of December, and didn’t expect to get it before Christmas, but to my amazement I received it today , in time for Xmas . I couldn’t be happier!! Excellent 👌

Never ordered from Electric Games before, but I saw a bargain Black Friday deal and decided to take the plunge. I did wonder if I'd receive a physical or electronic game due to the price but was pleasantly surprised when I sealed physical copy arrived through the letterbox. Would definitely order from here again.

Purchased games one was out of stock promised refund which I still haven’t received also sent a download code instead of cartridge but can’t return as they don’t give you your money back please be very aware when buying you may receive codes instead of actual games you purchase also don’t expect a refund when things go wrong worst company I’ve ever dealt with I certainly recommend you are aware that you may not receive your item or a refund absolutely terrible experience please be aware!!!!!

Unfortunately the item I brought had no delivery date from there supplier so they phoned the next to say they wasn't sure when it would arrive and guessed it was an Christmas present and said I could wait or get a full refund. I opted fur refunded as it was a present but they where amazing and kept me informed straight away and issued refund straight away will definitely purchase from them again.

Ordered the PS5 Bundle on Friday, and it arrived on the Sunday ( so yes! Q U I C K delivery! ). I’m honestly over the moon because of these wonderful, and beautiful people in Electricgames. They even called me a “Chad” ( if you know you know ). The Legend of Electricgames shall be known throughout the Land, as they are a very Chad company.

Well what can I say nothing but the best experience I thought I would not be able to get my daughter her Christmas present and thanks to Joel and his team my daughter will now be one happy girl on Christmas Day ordered yesterday and already at my doorstep not even 24 hours later great service and great price guys would highly recommend 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

At first i was skeptical as its not very often you come across a bundle for the ps5. And a bundle that seems very reasonable for the price! It came next working day, and exceeded expectations! Customer service was wonderful by ensuring we received the product and was happy with it. Don't get that with any big business out there! Will 100% purchase from here again. My bf is also very happy!!!
