Delivery was absolutely fine, the guys were great, my only issues were the actual oven i'd bought had a dint in the top housing which luckily isn't seen, and also the fan was catching on the guard and making a right noise until I sorted it. It's all working fine now, but I shouldn't really have had to mend it.

I've bought a number of items in the past from Elek Direct and the items and service have been spot on every time. Sadly, the last item I bought had to be returned because I'd made a mistake and had ordered an incompatible item - but this was no problem at all - courier collection was arranged for a day of my choosing and a full refund given straightaway. Really good price for a American Beko fridge freezer.
Delivered promptly, I'd like to give the delivery team a mention Gavin & Edward who rang me once they were on their way and again when they were thirty minutes away . The fridge freezer it's self if you can cope with a few scratches but it's new not been used at all. Well worth the buy and will definitely use again.

Delivered promptly, the delivery team rang me twice, once first thing to confirm they were on their way and again when they were thirty minutes away. No complaints about carrying it up to my first floor flat.

I had a gaming monitor that unfortunately developed a fault.

I contacted Elekdirect (AO) via Email and was responded to almost immediately by a real person (Dale) not an A.I. Bot!

Dale arranged refund and collection of the faulty Monitor speedily and with no stress.

I was impressed bu his diligence.

The delivery time were also excellent - ringing me in the morning at 7 am to coniform collection before they set off,

Unlike other couriers - AO actually let you track the delivery van in real time and provide a contact number. This took the stress out of waiting in all day massively.

Collection was quick and smooth.

Contact with Dale maintained and amicable resolution to the issue resolved without fuss.
