I was disappointed with my coaching experience at Elektra Health. I completed my patient information beforehand and expected the provider to be familiar with my background and concerns. However, when the meeting began, it appeared that my information had not been reviewed, and I was essentially asked what I needed without much preparation or context.

Most disappointing, my appointment was scheduled for 30 minutes but lasted approximately 4 minutes. I felt rushed rather than supported, and there was very little opportunity for a meaningful conversation or personalized guidance.

For a service that emphasizes individualized menopause support and 30-minute coaching sessions, my experience fell well below what I expected. I hope Elektra improves its preparation and ensures that patients receive the time and attention scheduled for them.

My complaint with Elektra Health has to do with their advertisement on Instagram. They offered a free consultation but instead, I had to pay $60 for an unnecessary doctor's visit billed through my health insurance. The initial sign-up process did not clearly delineate that I was signing up for an actual doctor's visit versus a complimentary consultation. So this free consultation became a pricey call! Hopefully, they will fix this on their future IG ads!
