Great Plugin. Easy installing and the most important: great and fast support.

Bronia Xavier was an absolute pleasure to work with. She's extremely patient. I was having trouble with my audio, which was very frustrating; however, she remained patient until I could resolve the issue. The support service is unmatched. They are quick to respond, and I spoke to a live person, which is uncommon. I appreciate the time and care.

Shipping is deceptively complicated. The ELEX EasyPost plugin takes virtually all of the complications out of it. Once you set up an EasyPost account, it’s set and forget. EasyPost automatically purchases postage for you as needed. I haven’t had to touch our EasyPost account in five years even once. Then ELEX EasyPost plugin sets up within five minutes to provide you with real-time rates. You can make the EasyPost shipping options as simple or complicated as you want. We, for example, offer only a couple of USPS and UPS options, but if we wanted we could offer a dozen different options with no problem. ELEX is quick to offer support when needed, but we haven't needed much. The plugin is pretty much self-explanatory. It is by far the best shipping plugin we’ve ever used, and I’m very pleased to be able to write such a glowing review. The ELEX team has obviously worked very hard on this plugin, and they deserve it.

The DHL shipping and Multi-vendor plug-ins were just what I needed for my mulit-vendor marketplace! I had a few questions for setting them up, and it was easy to get support. Best experience I've had yet when dealing with any Wordpress plug-ins!

Even though my issue wasn't related to their plugin, but to WooCommerce and other plugin, Akash took time to fix the issue and did it with speed

Outstanding customer service and they respond quickly, providing helpful things like code suggestions even if it's not directly related to their plugins. Akash is who has been handling my ticket and he is fantastic to work with.

The bulk editing plugin has made many things possible. With many hundreds of products and lots of continual tweaking required to meet the market demands, this plugin is amazing. Keeping things up-to-date used to be so tedious sometimes not getting done at all. Now we are changing categories, adjusting tags and adding UX Blocks at will.
We did find a very minor bug but the support team had it fixed within a day. Support has always been so prompt and helpful

We have been using ELEX EasyPost Shipping for real-time rates, as our Shipstation does not provide the service. Bronia has always been super responsive with any questions or suggestions, but this week has really stepped in to assist with a simple settings issue that we overlooked having to do with Duty Payer that was causing an error. Hi I am very happy with the ELEX Stamps.com Shipping Plugin with USPS Postage for WooCommerce. The developer was very helpful. Whenever I had questions or concerns about this plug-in, he help solve my problems and answered any questions that I had.
