I ended up opting out of using their services due to a complete website shift in operations, but Bronia and the ELEX support crew were excellent to work with!

I changed my mind several times, took forever to respond, requested help on a wide range of things redundant and complicated, flaked on meetings, complained, and requested huge plugin makeovers. The whole time they were polite, positive, and patient with me and I even got a refund.

Purchased and setup the ELEX Stamps.com plugin and had an issue. Sidhartha was able to track down the conflict and resolve it so now my plugin works perfectly. Great support and excellent customer service.

A great feature included allows you to vary the cost of the product to accurately determine your correct cover required rather than being over insured and costing more than needed for additional cover on Aust post Shipping.
